Carol's Chalet

Good location, chalet was comfortable and dog friendly, unfortunately fence was a little too wide for my dog, who managed to get out .

Could have been cleaner, out side area was a bonus

The location was great, everything we needed was close by. The chalet was spacious with 3 decent sized bedrooms and bathroom. I tried to book again for next year but it’s already booked for the week that we wanted.

The kitchen wasn’t big enough to swing a cat in but luckily it was only used for breakfast and a light snack in the evening as we ate out during the stay, unfortunately there is nothing the owners can do about the size of the kitchen. The lack of bath mat in the bathroom, they have a wooden plank on the floor instead of a bath mat and it gets really slippy on the floor, not ideal when I took my elderly grandad away who is already at risk of falls, we had to move the wooden plank and replace it with bath towels on the floor to prevent it from getting so slippy.

The chalet is a good size and the location is amazing good WiFi and smart TV and everything you need for your stay staff really friendly and good communication there was a small issue with a light but they came and fixed it strate away next morning and was really nice

There's only one thing and thats the mattresses are super uncomfortable just need an upgrade for a better night sleep everything else was good
