Kitchen with full size oven/hob with extractor over, integrated fridge/freeze, microwave & Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine (bring own pods).
Lounge with TV/DVD player, Nintendo Wii console (controllers and selection of games included), Freeview, electric fire, double sofa bed & dining area.

Bed 2: Two single beds with TV/DVD player
Bed 3: Two single beds
Family shower room with toilet/wash basin. Separate toilet/wash basin.
You may fish the lake for a fee at reception providing you have a rod licence.
