Lovely clean caravan would definitely recommend

Great van, perfect placement next to the shops, bar, bus stop. Very comfy, very clean, WiFi worked great. Sarah, the host kept me updated throughout with an easy to follow guide. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Hot water went off, no fault of the owners as that happens with boilers, but we informed the front desk and nobody ever came out. I haven't reflected this in the score as it's not about the van. My Mum was actually reccying the place with a view to buy on the site and she didn't really like it and ended up buying one at Blue Dolphin instead. Bar was very expensive, again no fault of the caravan. Bus queues were always super busy so if you're planning on a trip to Filey or Scarborough, I really wouldn't recommend it during the school holidays as I imagine it's absolutely rammed at that point, and it's a fair old journey on a hot bus. In summary, excellent van, not so great site. Too far out to be viable unless you're staying there or in car. I wouldn't go back personally.

Very clean loved all the little details such as items you may have forgotten such as dishwasher tablets loved it if you were travelling with a dog had dog bowls and blankets

Location was good as it was very close to the main Center where the swimming pool and entertainment was.

No salt pepper, tea towel or washing up Liquid which would have been nice. Although the location was good, being that close resulted in a lot of noise at closing time.
