Unexpectedly spacious rooms, a lot of storage space for clothes. Exceptionally clean no funky smell. The hosts are very friendly allowed us to leave the bags at the bar post sign out while we were waiting for delayed train. So touching we found a bowl for our dog as well ) it also felt very secure as we knew the staff is just downstairs. Location is absolutely fantastic as exceed ur expectations so close to everything we needed for nice Holliday
The alley leading to the property full of trash bins. The bins are not clean and smelly, a lot of garbage on the pavement. We struggled a lot with the tv - Disney had no sound for some reason and it wouldn’t stream from my iPhone either. Those were only issues. The bar downstairs was a bit a loud during weekends but we were warned about it. We found that putting white noise on the phone speaker solves the problem and we slept just fine all days.

A comfortable and spacious apartment, well placed to explore Filey as well as being close to the beach. We found there was little or no noise from the bar downstairs although our stay was midweek and this may have been different on a Saturday.
The sitting room was a bit dark as it was north facing though both bedrooms were lovely and light with lots of windows. The kitchen was small with only limited cooking facilities.

The TV facilities in the rooms were frustrating due to very poor WiFi signal.
The live music was extremely loud and on untill really late which impacted on our kids sleep even with them being 11 and 15yrs as well as our own. Maybe this was a bit of an oversight on our part. But even with the tvs on full blast the music was louder especially on the Friday nighh and made all of the rooms vibrate.

Location was great. Really big bedrooms. Nice sized bathroom and good shower. Host was very attentive and friendly.
Bin in kitchen was way too small, no freezer in the fridge, as mentioned in other reviews entrance was right in front of industrial bins and it was very messy. Full length mirror would have been nice! Music downstairs bothered us one night but we left for some peace and quiet 😂
