Very clean and tidy and situated in a fantastic site with beautiful views

Peace and quiet of location - scenery - high quality of furnishings - excellent shower - comfy bed - easy check in and out systems - nice tv.
Would have been nice to have local walk information in the cottage.
Notting to do with the cottage, but we were disappointed that the local youth hostel bar at the end of the drive was closed, so nowhere very local to go go for a drink in the evening.

Clean tidy and lovely warm, nice compact 3 bed cottage. Excellent location for walking and climbing in the nearby mountains

Bar on site and highland cows.
Supermarkets a short drive away. Aldi and Morrisons nearby
Was a far way out of town. Needed to drive.

2nd visit here. Excellent facilities and great customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Stayed in the height of the storms. Cozy, comfortable and memorable.

Incredible location, clean and large cottages with everything you could need and more. Close drive to town with a large grocery store nearby. Super easy access to hiking trails.
The cottage was so spacious and the beds were great.

Very comfortable and spacious despite being a caravan. We loved the big living space with the comfortable sofa and the view on the mountain. There was also a welcome kit with coffee, tea, biscuits as well as dishwasher, sponge, soap, that was all very appreciated upon arrival. Nicely equipped.
The location is also very good for hiking, the trail to Ben Nevis starts just across the street and there are a few other options available nearby. The Ben Nevis restaurant was easily accessible by foot (5 min) or car (2 min) and very welcoming. Fort William is 10 minutes away by car.
It's still a caravan so when the weather turns bad it can be pretty shaky and noisy and there is a lack of alternative entertainment options on the campsite (but a few nice options in Fort William)

Nice location.Stayed early November so place was very quiet.Just a perfect place for hillwalking . After a long walk it's a nice place to return to. Plenty of hot water. A good heating system easy to adjust. It was very cold outside but with the heating system you would hardly notice.
Can't think of any improvements maybe one . There is a permanent outside light left on outside the front door which you can't turn off . The light shines in through the front door which has no blind and through the glass panel above the 2 bedroom doors . By simply installing a blind over the front door window this would be solved .

Wonderful location with lots of wildlife readily viewed from the property, especially when we bought some bird seed and fed the pine Martin. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The seating and beds were really comfortable.
It would have.been nice to have a separate shower cubicle. We found the shower over the bath often got water on the floor. The bathroom window wouldn't open to help the steam escape. The glass panels above the doors let in light when you were trying to sleep if someone turned their light on.

Stunning location. Great hosts. Lovely rooms and bathrooms.
Transfers from the station would’ve been helpful. It cost a fortune to get a taxi to take us 10 minutes from the station

The lodge was in a beautiful position at the foot of Ben Nevis and 3 mins drive into the centre of Fort William. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a fabulous stay. I would highly recommend Glen Nevis Holidays and will definitely stay there again when we return to the Highlands next year.
Nothing.

The caravan looked like it had just come from the factory, and had everything you need.
The site was well kept, with parking available right next your chosen abode.
Unfortunately we were not on site long enough to try all the facilities.
The weather was poor as it tends to be occasionally in Bonnie Scotland.

Could have done with a hairdryer.

The caravan was immaculately clean and very comfortable.Great location for our family climbing Ben Nevis.

The cottage was beautifully appointed with neighbours to either side but not too close. The location is stunning and is a good base for exploring the surrounding area which is full of popular tourist attractions. We especially enjoyed the mountain gondola which was a short drive away.
7.0 / 10.0
The location was central and accessible to all the tourist attraction. Staff were very friendly. Clean and spacious living area.
the caravan could have been wider to accomodate bigger bathroom and the passage especially which felt claustrophobic and tight. The second bedroom felt like a cabin on a plane. The kitchen was not sufficiently equipped for a self catering accomodation.

We had traveled by motorbike as a group of four to see the highlands and surrounding areas and we were also looking to do some outdoorsy things being so close to Ben Nevis, mainly running/hiking…
The caravan was more than suitable for the group we had even with quite a lot of items we had brought and the location is perfect - close enough to town by walking (15mins roughly) or 5mins in a taxi which are always available and not expensive….
The facilities in the caravan are as expected and the site is very clean and tidy with no security issues experienced for the bikes left unattended…. The on-site shop is well catered and has most things you would need with only maybe the restaurant not serving a breakfast type menu after 11am being the only gripe from our group as we had a late start one morning (but being very picky here)
Ben Nevis is accessible from many start points and heart attack hill (start point) is literally outside the sites entrance for direct route to the trails to the summit
I would be more than happy to return here again and use it as a base to go out/back without hesitation 😄
Possibly just the menu/change over time to the lunch menu at the on-site restaurant and also if you do return after 9pm from a days trip out like we did often it’s not possible to eat on site but again we’re being quite picky here

We stayed in the caravans and they were so cute, fully equipped and so comfortable. Upon arrival we found they had supplied everything we needed for coffee and tea in the morning, including milk in the fridge and shortbread for a morning snack until we could get to the store. The location was so quiet and so beautiful with mountains right in our back yard. You could walk out your door and take a lovely walk by the River Nevis. Very close to all kinds of outdoor adventures and hiking trails. One morning when I was drinking my coffee at the picnic table I was surprised to look up and see a Hairy Coo staring at me over the fence across the gravel road. It is only a short drive to Steall Falls. We loved everything about it here. You can walk to the shop for food and to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. This was the perfect place for us in Glen Nevis. I hope I get to come back someday
I wish we had a hair dryer but honestly I was so surprised about how much cookware and other items they provided…it is clearly self-catering and they go above and beyond

Loved the location. We got some bird food and put it in the bird feeders provided.
Would to have liked an option to check in earlier.

The trailer was quite comfortable, and the kitchen and living rooms were all well arranged. The stay was quite good. The location was everything!! Ben nevis view was breathtaking! There are also some beautiful trails nearby than be explored.
The toilet did not have basic soap and other toiletries. Also the beds in the small bedroom were quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Gave me a back pain!

The location was perfect for walking, the pub and shop were really useful. There is plenty of space between the caravans, there highland cows in the field by the campsite. There are also e-bikes to hire that you can take into Fort William.

We, a family of four adults, had booked a three bedroom camper / caravan for our stay. We had never stayed in such a place before and hence it was an adventure plus a new experience for us. The stay was fantastic and extremely enjoyable. While we expected the accommodation to be cramped, it was really very well set up and we had an outstanding time. The parking was in open and there was absolutely no issue. The most of the restaurants do close early by 8 / 9 pm for last order and thus dinner needs to be planned properly. All in all, it was a fantastic, wonderful and enjoyable experience and holidays.
In-camper washing machine and dryer could have helped. However, it was really not an issue as there was a laundry room with 2 large washing machines and 2 large dryers available.
The camper had one master bedroom having a double bed and with attached toilet and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. A common toilet and shower facility was provided. However, in our opinion the camper would be very crowded and tight for 6 persons.
