Lovely breakfast. The location was perfect with a 12 minute walk Iinto the centre of town.
We weren't able to watch the Wimbledon tennis matches on TV.

Breakfast really really good.
Bedding - I removed a mattress protector (plastic backed) which was a little grotty from the bed b4 I used it. Also check-in was unacceptable to say the least - I stood outside for at least 10 minutes, knocking, shouting, ringing bells and then I phoned. I just listened to the phone ringing inside!!!. When I was about to give up and in a "What the hell do I do now"? fix, the door was finally opened by the owner, saying "Did you ring the bell"? Clearly had been eating and just decided to finish before opening the door!!! To be honest I was a little taken aback!!!

It was clean and 15/20 mins walk to town.
Didn’t feel welcome. Breakfast ended at 9.30 on a Sunday which felt very early.
