The ground floor lobby and bar area was welcoming and nicely designed.
The receptionist was welcoming and spoke good English
The room was as expected, functional and clean
The location was excellent
There was no kettle or any facilities to make a hot drink
The only cups in the room were paper and meant to be used for toothbrushes.
We had a croque monsieur in the evening which was rock hard and difficult to eat
