The shower head was broken but it was fixed immediately by a technician who had to come out.

Inspection of the room was at fault I didn't touch the shower head and broke in the hold.

Personnel is not kind. Far from city center. There arent supermarkets around. Bus stop is not near. At least 10 min walking distance and this distance is not convenient at night. I find the hotel isolated. Wifi works not good. I use my own internet.

The bed and sheets were new and cleen. The breakfast was good. The staff is friendly.

There was fungus in the bathroom. The showerdrain flooded. The wifi didn't work.

Very conveinent and easy to find. A lot of parking. Checked in on the computer in lobby, got my ticket and went to bed. All good.

A pleasant stopover on a long journey.

Convenient location for an overnight stay on our journey to Roscoff. It was as expected for a budget hotel. The room was small, but had all we needed for our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and there was plenty of choices. Chantepie town centre was close by and it was easy to find a nice restaurant.

The description of the double room I booked was ambiguous as it said ‘all units on ground floor’ - which I assumed ours would be- but also ‘ upper floors accessed by stairs’, which I thought applied to the other types of rooms. We had a room on the first floor, which we coped with, but people less able than us need to ensure they state their preference for ground floor when booking, because the receptionist, though helpful, was unable to give us a groundfloor room.

At the breakfast it was always something missing or not enough plates or cups or coffee or milk or bread. Every day something different, but never fully under control of the staff I would say. Maybe it was a too busy period this week.

Pleasant

We had rooms on the ground floor, which was convenient. The rooms had access codes, which made it easier. The prices were good (it was Ibis Budget, after all).

One room with access code was a little more difficult to open (my wife never managed to open it). The second morning, there was an alarm in the distance going off every few minutes (6-7 times in total), which was a bit annoying. We asked for rooms to be next to each other and ideally communicate with each other. Instead, we got two rooms across from each other, which was not so bad, though.

Super clean, quality sheets and great staff

Best of both world: Can check-in any time + very welcoming and available staff. Hotel manager Myrtille and her team have been super professional, friendly and helpful. Room felt like almost new. Bathroom and toilet are 2 separate spaces, which is convenient when not travelling alone. Great mattress, high quality sheets and towels. Very quiet. Really great value for money! Would really come back!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la réceptionniste, la qualité et le confort de la literie rien à dire c'était très confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix sur le petit déjeuné on s'est régalés. Pour un séjour d'une nuit étant de passage je recommande sans problème :)

Établissement petit prix grand sourire !

Super accueil par le personnel très souriant et attentif à mes demandes. J'ai a faire des séjour sur Rennes mensuel jusqu'au 9 septembre 2026.

Mon souci particulier tient à la petite taille de la douche compte tenu de ma situation de handicap. Je n'ai pas trouver de solution sur le site booking. Très fatigué je n'ai pas voulu bouleversé la gestion de l'hôtel.
