Friendly hosts, cracking breakfast, and comfortable beds.
It has a fairly restrictive check-in policy (pre 7pm) as there is no self-check in option- our only stop on the N500 without this. The hosts were very kind to us, but it would still offer better flexibility if they built some arrangement here.

The hosts were fantastic. Nothing like booking a BNB and getting such great breakfast service. Room was smallish but perfect for what I needed. Shower and a good nights sleep.

The check-in was very good given that we arrived hrs later than planned due to traffic and road works. Breakfast was excellent Hosts were very friendly.
We had a kettle and cups in our room but no complimentary tea or coffee. There was no shower gel or soap other than hand wash in the bathroom, fortunately we had our own.

The location was perfect and I could see 2 Cairns from my window. The food was amazing including breakfast
Not having a shower was disappointing. The rooms are a little dated but everything still worked.
