Staff were brilliant as soon as we arrived making a very easy check in. Room was excellent and a huge bed. Very clean. Definitely be back

Perfect for a short stay. Lovely breakfast. Great location in the centre of Balloch.
Doesn’t serve food at night. Not enough storage in rooms for a longer stay.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were lovely. We did not have an enjoyable stay but this was a result of other guests and so, largely, beyond control of staff.
We were up for hours in the middle of the night as a result of a group of girls screaming and physically fighting with each other in the room next door. It sounded as though they were destroying the place. Eventually they were removed by the poor night porter who had to deal with them. A relaxing night away became an exhausting disaster. Again, this was not the fault of hotel staff but perhaps prohibiting hen parties/single sex groups of a certain age, might help minimise risk of this happening.
