The location and bedroom was a lovely size with a big bed.

Breakfast choice was poor. No orange juice and no cereals and croissant was chewy (probably microwaved). Car park was occupied by a lot of camper vans.

Our family sized room was spacious and clean. The setting and location are ideal and surprisingly quiet. It is right on the river and next to a beautiful park. The staff was charming in a somewhat quirky way . The food was very good at the restaurant. There is individual character here that corporate types may not appreciate.

The staircase that narrows as it spirals is tough to negotiate with luggage or 2 way traffic.( There is no elevator).

Knew the route getting there.

Sloping floor and therefore the bed. Wi-Fi was a joke and you have to register. Not value for money.
