Great location close to Loch Lomond and walks. Clean, comfortable & cosy room. Fabulous shower.

Staff were stressed. Dirty outdoor area with broken glass.

We thought our room was very basic for the price we paid, and the window in our room had like cellophane on it, so there was no view. Bit disappointing in the lovely area it is in. Room 11.

Clean, comfortable and friendly

Bedroom clean and well decorated with plenty of space. Staff helpful and generally available.

I called central reservations 3 days before arriving to ask for a pet service to be added to our room. This has not been done when we arrived and even though we asked at reception on arriving no staff came to our room to provide dog bed, bowl, blanket, etc. Food in restaurant was not great quality - pate seemed old, not fresh and ditto for vegetable side dishes and the desert we had (trifle). Also the real ale in the bar (Black Sheep ale) was definitely stale and off. It should not have been kept on draught.
