The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, the beds were the comfiest I've seen at any hotel or guest house, and the room was absolutely perfect. It's also located next to the train station so it was easy to find and really convenient. Furthermore the area itself was beautiful!

Location is good, about a km from the Loch Lomond visitors centre. Parking was available. Restaurants around and within walking distance.
Room which I was forced to take was small for a family of three. Bad value for money
There was no one to coordinate when arrived. Multiple families were waiting and then each took a room which they wanted.
While I paid for a bigger room, I was forced to select a smaller room.
After calling, the Host arrived but said sorry about that. It also felt like it was the guests duty to call and find out who belonged to which room.
While she did ask me whether I would like to vacate the guests from the bigger room and move into that, it was already late as the guests with children had been using the room for the last couple of hours. So I said no.
Not happy with the onboarding at all. It should have been properly put on a notice with the guests name and room num,ber so everyone could have taken their proper room.
