Easy to access, great location near Loch Lomond hikes and viewpoints, restaurants within a 5 min walk, small space available for parking.
Didn't sleep well between the mattress and the amount of light coming from the window, the blinds could give more privacy since we were on the ground floor.

Room was massive and had everything we needed
The shower had a strange smell coming from the pipes that wasn’t very nice

The flat was lovely and warm when we arrived, it's a nice, bright room with a small kitchen, (no cooker) with a microwave, fridge and crockery. The bed was comfy. Walkin shower with a little step.
There are 2 steps into the house.
There is a bed settee which looks large and comfy.
The location is great, right beside the train station (trains from Glasgow), and the bus stop is outside.
There is a little convenience store across the road.
And restaurant acroos the road called Tullie which is very friendly, helpful staff, and has reasonable prices.
There is a short walk (10 mins) to Balloch Loch side with cafes and shops, after April I believe the river boats will stop there too.
You may prefer to take your own towels.
A hand rail near the toilet would make life a little easier.

Location was great. Bathroom very clean and spacious. Chloe was welcoming and helpful, including providing information on the local area. Secure.
Linen was damp and did not appear to be clean. Sofa bed was beyond terrible - cold, hard and damp
We could not get the apartment to warm up and were all freezing throughout the stay.
