Cozy little room everything you needed .We met Chloe couldn't be any nicer.

The weather but that can't be helped .

PARKING: open air private space in front/next the guesthouse, no gate, just a running fence to mark it out of the street. I didn't see cameras, I improvised one from the window of my room, facing the parking area. CHECK-IN: automated, no staff around, so it went smooth and super quick. STAFF: nice and helpful, we got in touch during the day to deal about the arrival time and the parking spot reservation. WIFI/VPN: work. STYLE: clean, minimal. The exterior is more attractive, than the inner rooms, I have to say. POWER WHEN YOU LEAVE: stays on, you have physical key. BATHROOM: small as the room was, but it served its purpose. Shower box was ok for me. QUIET: yes, a lot. The village is very calm and relaxing. So is the place. LOCATION: looked safe and easy to access and get away from. In 45 mins train you can get to Glasgow downtown with less than 10 pound. SERVICES AROUND: I didn't check much deeply, but I think I spotted a supermarket, at least, on the way coming. The train station is just 50 meters far away from the guesthouse, so it's super easy to move around without a vehicle. VALUE FOR THE MONEY: ok if you need a parking, a quiet place and an easy get-away spot for a night. Not great if you wanted to stay in Glasgow for longer time. RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: two just by crossing the streets around the guesthouse.

SIZE: small, compact, quite shrunk to the minimum. Ok for a night one person, a bit though for longer stays. CLEAN: could have been better. Not great, not terrible, if you forgive some hairs on the mattress.

Large accommodation spaces, which included separate bedroom. A minute walk from the railway station.

A little noisy overnight from nearby pub and restaurants.

Location near the boat.

Room was too small. No breakfast now Missed seeing a friendly face.
