The Staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us advice about the local area and helped us arrange a taxi to the location of the party we were attending.
The Stoater breakfast in the morning was also excellent.

James was excellent . he helped us with selection of food and also advised on where to go. he was very friendly.shame we did not meet him when we were leaving the next day. The haddock and chips was good. Staff at the restaurant were attentive and served us well hence I tipped them well too.
TV does not have news in video format. only audio. the bathroom door does not close properly. I think it is due to the paint on it. the heating in the room was not good even when put on 5 mark. Breakfast was not worth the £7.50 each. it was not a proper buffet as the lady at reception made us believe. only the cereal and juice was unlimited the rest of the breakfast was limited . I would eat outside next time.
