I didn’t like the bathroom it was too small and a little dirty When someone upstairs flushed the toilet water you could feel the drain and it’s not pleasant

It's okay for 1 or 2 nights

We chose this place for its location and private room, but unfortunately, it was not comfortable for us. Thankfully, there was a fan and a ceiling fan in the room, but they still didn't help due to the humidity. The bathroom was spacious, towels were provided, and the place was easy to access, allowing us to walk to where we wanted to go. The beds were comfortable, and the place itself was quiet, which made it possible for me to teach online classes.

Adding an air conditioning unit would drastically improve our experience, but since we didn't have one, we could only focus on how many days we had left before we had to move to our next accommodation. The shower and bathroom ceiling would need to be renovated, but I understand that this requires funds, which probably makes it difficult, especially since this accommodation can't be upcharged.

The perfect start to our holiday.

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the metro, direct to the airport. Close to shops and the fantastic local market. Oscar is the most helpful and charming host, nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation is not fancy but has everything you need, especially a kitchen for preparing meals and storing food.

I stayed in the terrace room 6 which was lovelly and spacious. Other than the WIFI, I had no issues and would recommend

Clean, spacious, great location.

Online check-in is a bit complicated but fine once you work it out. Can be a bit noisy from other guests but this did not impact me. The only thing that really let the place down was wifi connectivity which constantly dropped out. Ceiling fan didn’t work but once again didn’t impact me as I felt safe to leave the door to the terrace open at night.

Incredibly run down and uncomfortable. Not faithful to the pictures

The location is great, 5minutes from Cánovas del Castillo and 10 from the Cathedral. It’s also a fairly quiet street until the morning.

It does NOT look like the pictures, that place is really run down. The shower was full of black mould with no hook to allow for a normal set up. Maybe we were unlucky with the people there, but it was dirty. The sort of dining area with tables, chairs and a tea point is now another bedroom and all you have is an incredibly cringy kitchen. Yes, there are appliances, like a hair dryer SO dirty you would not touch, an mouldy ironing board and a pair of scissors beyond repair. Also, the windows are single glazing and really old, so they are not well adjusted and rattled loudly every time a bus passed by. We had to sleep with them open, luckily it was warm The mattresses are too soft and uncomfortable. One of them had a massive gap in the middle to a point we had to swap it for a mattress we found under the bed bcos my boyfriend got a horrible back pain just from sleeping there 1 night The doors are so thin you hear everyone going to the bathroom (and you share 1 shower and 1 wc with 5 other rooms) The bedsheets and towels were stained

The location is excellent. There wasn´t much noise with the exception of the guests who don´t know how to open the door and ring the bell late at night.

There wasn´t enough light in the room. The kitchen was available but there is little room to have breakfast, a small table and a chair.

Comfy and clean, but over-priced.

Comfy and clean. Access to a shared kitchen with fridge and cooking equipment. Excellent coffee machine. It was close to the Turia park. It was good to have our beds made up.

We have had bad experiences with getting access to this type of no-reception accommodation in the past, and, of course, you don't find out that this is that type of room until after you book, so I was apprehensive, especially when my email requests for a contact telephone number in case of problems went unanswered. Fortunately, the owner met us at the arranged time, but anxiety could have been prevented by better communication. The shared kitchen was cramped if there were more than two people using it, and was rather untidy. There was no bracket on the wall for the shower. There are no inexpensive places to eat nearby. The accommodation wasn't really worth the price.

Nice comfortable/price room with all you need for a few days stay in the city if you aren’t too picky on every room

- Room 6 has a nice terrace space (looks a bit different now than the photos) - it’s quite cause not on the street site - we had our own shower/toilet - easy walking distance to allot of place - there’s a common fridge to use if you want to keep food cool - room is spacious, with also a sitting area inside - Oscar is very very friendly

- floor felt a bit dirty - shower space also needs a bit of fixing up - from the look of it, the other rooms felt a bit more modern than this one - there’s no mosquito net in front of the windows (other rooms have I believe, not sure) - we knew ahead there’s no breakfast served, but perhaps take the photos of booking cause it’s a bit misleading

Nice clean room. The pictures were accurate and the location was very good. We mostly walked everywhere we needed to go. There was also a shared kitchen which was quite useful.

Can't be sure if it's just me, but the kitchen was quite unorganised. The first day we could not figure out where to find things. There seemed to be instant coffee powder that was probably expired a long time ago still left in the cupboard next to the coffee beans. If there is a shared kitchen, there should be more instructions/guidelines available to use the resources and also someone should be managing the inventory especially things that the guests might leave behind.

The checkin went smoothly and the bed was comfortabel and clean. The common areas were cleanish which is good enough. Would come again.
