The bed wasn’t up to our standards of cleanliness. No fitted sheet for the bed and under a black light test, they definitely showed the “stains.”

A nice hotel to explore Valencia

Whilst not in the best location it’s a great place to explore Valencia and the beaches to the south of the city. The pool was fantastic

Comfortable rooms and nice staff, but location is not the best

The room itself was comfortable, the beds had good mattresses. The bathroom was big and well equipped - they even provide some costemticw and a good hairdryer- and the room had AC. Staff was nice and helpful and we had a real nice coffee in the bar! We stayed here one night on our roadtrip, so we didn’t try the swimming pool or the garden.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing, right next to some factory buildings and warehouses nearby, although it is true for the whole town. The room was pretty hot when we arrived, as the AC wasn’t turned on, but we managed to cool it down pretty quickly. The bedroom had some dust collected on the floor.

Lovely hotel didn't sleep well as too hot

Good hotel with a good size pool

Too hot at night. Only there for 2 nights and when we left we reported that the air conditioning didn't work. The receptionist said what did you set it on and when we said 15 she said no it has to be lower otherwise it doesn't come on. The room attendant set it to 20 and if that's a problem the reception could have told us when booking in.

Convenient hotel, but was very unhappy about what I mentioned above.

They took payment from my card before I arrived to check in, so I could not use the card I wanted to. Also forgot a clothing item in the room, and they claimed not to have found it.

Everything was ok except for dirty sheets which made it very hard to sleep there

- the location was great- not far from highway ( good for people travelling through) - staff is very responsive, were able to check me in at 2 am - iron and kettle were included in the room

- bed sheets were not clean, found hair in bed and shower
