Very Disappointing Stay – Not What You Expect from a Hotel

The staff were fairly friendly and okay – that was one of the few positives.

Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was quite negative. Upon check-in, we were handed a TV remote with a strong warning that we must return it at checkout. We didn’t quite understand this kind of service, but we accepted it. However, the remote didn’t even work – the batteries were old and oxidized. We had to go back down and ask for help again, which thankfully we received. The bathroom had a major issue: the socket for charging an electric toothbrush only worked when the light was on – and that was connected to an extremely loud ventilation system, causing headaches from the constant noise. Worse, when we left the room with the light on to charge the toothbrush, the staff turned it off while we were away. The air conditioning was outdated and only blew warm air. The facility overall is very old. The floor in the room was broken – tiles were loose and moved, which made it risky to walk around. A plastic carpet was laid down, seemingly to cover the damage, and was held in place only by the weight of the bed. It was so slippery that we almost fell several times. The room was too hot without working air conditioning. The pillow situation was also strange – there was only one long, flat pillow for a double bed, which didn’t make sense for two people. Overall, the nights were horrible and mostly sleepless. We had specifically chosen the hotel for rest and recovery because we were traveling for sports competitions – instead, it became an added source of stress. It was truly disappointing, especially since you expect a hotel to offer a better experience than your own home.

Breakfast was good. The lady on reception was very helpful. I was cycling down to Torrevieja and this hotel was en route. Not a lot of nightlife nearby but ok for quick overnight stop.

The hotel is showing its age but that is reflected in the price. The breakfast was good but a tiny bit expensive, nevertheless the lady who works reception also does the waitressing and cooking. She earns her money.

No faculties , it’s very expensive comparing to the faculties which it has , the bad wasn’t comfortable even the covers wasn’t good . No one of the stuff speaks English so you can’t get any information or help from them.

Se hai la macchina la posizione è comoda, in quanto due minuti dall’autostrada sia per valencia che per aeroporto e la riserva di albufera. Stanno ristrutturando quindi immagino che alcuni dettagli si sistemeranno. La colazione, in proporzione al prezzo, é ok e hanno un po’ di tutto. Parcheggio non troppo complicato. Lo staff gentile. Spazio esterno gradito (anche se da sistemare) e pavimento appena fatto. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto quindi nel complesso ok.

Appena entrati il bagno non era pulitissimo, ma niente di allarmante. I rubinetti sono ossidati, sarebbe una buona idea cambiarli. Anche le lenzuola e gli asciugami, puliti però datati e si nota al tatto. Non c’è il phon, anche se é scritto che non è incluso però consiglio di aggiungerlo per comodità del cliente ed è un servizio basico che non implica un investimento importante. Non c’è riscaldamento, siamo stati a febbraio e il tempo era bellissimo pertanto non è stato un problema ma avessimo trovato temperature basse ci saremmo congelati. Se non è possibile riscaldamento per tutta la struttura consiglio magari disporre di una stufetta. Per l’estate si c’è il ventilatore. I letti sono un po scomodi, il materasso è basso e la struttura è basica con una tavola di legno sotto. Consiglio di cambiare le tende con un colore semplice e neutro che erano piuttosto macchiate. Ci hanno pulito la stanza e cambiato la biancheria il primo giorno, invece il secondo no. Critiche fatte con il fine di far migliorare dei piccoli dettagli.

Todo, las camas, las habitaciones, los ruidos y chillidos a todas las horas de la madrugada, la limpieza, el ascensor roto y te meten por dentro de la cocina y ves toda la mugre, la basura, botellas de vino, sábanas amarillentas, el aire no iba ni la calefacción, todo super antiguo, los empleados no hablan ni español, difícil comunicación, sigo?? 50€ por eso?? Para no dormir. Venga ya, estado en sitios por 30 euros que le daban mil vueltas. Ahh y ni agua caliente, templada y 5 minutos.

No volvería en mi vida

La habitación estaba en un octavo piso, y no funcionaba el ascensor. La habitación tenia agujeros en el suelo, las persianas estaban sujetadas con un nudo. El edificio era muy antigüo y las habitaciones no tienen la calidad esperada de un "Hotel". No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Deberían cerrar este hotel

Pudimos cancelarlo y que nos devolvieran el dinero ya que finalmente no pudimos alojarnos.

En la habitación había una persona dentro, es por eso que la persona de recepción no nos dio la llave directamente y subió a "chequear" la habitación. Para nuestra sorpresa, como tardaba mucho en volver decidimos subir, y encontramos al recepcionista hablando con una persona que estaba durmiendo EN NUESTRA HABITACIÓN! El hotel estaba lleno y decidió echar al chico a la calle y que nosotros nos quedáramos ahí. El chico llevaba 5 días en esa habitación y no la iba a limpiar tras su salida y así fue, nos dijo que estaba lista cuando al volver nos encontramos con el baño sucio y restos de orina de la persona anterior, las sábanas sin cambiar, un olor a tabaco insoportable y restos de ceniza. El hotel no tiene alarma de seguridad contraincendios ni una salubridad apta para alojarse ni siquiera una noche.
