The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, the food and service was really good. Excellent value for money. Great location.

Beautiful location in Luss Village.
Very cosy room, super comfy bed & amazing shower.
Breakfast was reallt good, varied chouce,hot food cooked to order.
Our meal in evening was just ok.
The staff seemed disinterested and had to ask to order/chase up drinks several times. Couple times plates abd cutlery were just thrown down on table.
We think we are quite friendly people, but there waa no chat and we just felt we were in the way/had done sometjimg wrong. My duck main delicioys, but partners steak very thin and overcooked. Meal was expensive so exoected more.
