Very close to Glasgow Airport terminal. Staff were lovely.

Food very average. Food was lukewarm. Bedroom was very cold and USB Sockets didn’t work. Bathroom freezing. heated towel rail turned off due to safety!!! 2nd bedroom no better. 3rd bedroom the air con worked so room was warm so we accepted it. However in the morning we discovered the shower didn’t work as attachment was missing. Thank goodness for one overnight member of staff who was very apologetic and tried his hardest to help us.

It is five minutes’ walk from the airport and is well signed. The restaurant serves after 20:30 and solo travellers do not feel out of place

The close proximity to airport.

There was no USB plug sockets and the bathroom sink had mould around the sink and questionable marks in the bath. We stayed there before and were upstairs and had a much better experience. The service in the restraint was poor we were shown to table then just forgotten about. We had to ask for order to be taken after 20 minutes. Then we had to remind them that we had ordered drinks also. This time the room really was very dated. And the restraint staff let it down. Reception staff were lovely. However as it was close to airport it was worth the stay.

Tired, the TV is analog- as you do, rubbish picture. Had fun with the trouser press, linen trousers should be illegal to wear when travelling all day. Bed sheets were stained and the shower looks positively dangerous

Our room was on the 9th floor ,it felt like a small junk room with awful crammed furniture,if it hadn't been 2.30 am arrival I would have gone down and asked for another room but the bed was clean the main thing. Fittings were dusty and marked . We basically slept and left on onward journey.

The rooms are tired and badly needing revamp , serious lack of sockets for phones etc, not the staffs problem but management/owners really need to prioritise a revamp to get the hotel back to the top.

Service needs to improve

Loved the location and the comfy beds.

Small bar area with dirty tables and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Ordered a bottle of wine at the bar and they had no wine glasses. Waited 10 minutes for 2 wine glasses and one was dirty with lipstick on it. Returned it to the bar where it was replaced with no apology. Staff are quite surly with the exception of the reception staff.
