Lovely hotel great staff always available room was clean and comfortable

The bar area- fresh and inviting. Location was perfect.

The room was tired looking, furniture dated, mattress could have been firmer, carpet worn in a couple of places. Decor was bland and needs more colour

Conveniently close to the airport we have stayed a few times and been lucky enough to be in the renovated rooms however this time was not the case

We were in one of the older rooms and you can really tell when you enter old damaged furniture greats you, at first glance it looks clean but on closer inspection the bed was covered in black hairs as if someone had a haircut and had not had a shower my self and my partner do not have black hair but the bed was covered. Like wise the bathroom had black hairs everywhere. Mould in the grout and on the painted ceiling, and a bathroom door that did not close possibly swollen from years of moisture build up. The tv had no sound and only had 5 channels luckily we had iPads and downloaded movies so wasn’t that big an issue! We did sleep in the bed but fully clothed and removed the quilt which had the bulk of hair on it. There was crumbs on the floor and dust all over the curtains as soon as my partner closed them they were covered in dust. The old rooms are unfortunately what lets this place down have stayed here multiple times due to it convenience had we not been so tired and only staying for about 6 hours we would have asked to be moved but it didn’t seem worth it. The mattress is an old spring mattress and it’s really broken down our backs are not grateful for what sleep we had.

I was happy with everything - i think the room was a little tired but overall for my one night stay before an early flight i was very happy with everything. plenty of amenities like shower gel, soaps etc all available

Air con/heating a bit noisy

We had an early flight the next day. That was the reason for staying. Check in was prompt, room was perfectly acceptable, and clean. We felt safe. Bathroom was fine. We walked 500 meters to Check in at Glasgow Airport the next day, Location wise, you cannot get better,

Not sure why you you would want people queing for drinks, and shutting areas at 8pm? And breakfast was charged, but no attempt to provide it.

The property was in a great location to the airport we were flying from.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a little cold in the Hotel, even in the restaurant.

Really enjoyed first visit everything perfect only problem I had with Sunday into Monday heating wasn’t working room was like an ice box

I asked for a low floor as cannot take lifts. This was confirmed by email but when I got there, they gave me floor 7 with no apology, said they had no information of my request even though I had email. Very unhelpful.

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. It was covered in dust…really bad for a hotel. The bed was so uncomfy. There was no connection for a USB to charge my phone and a hole in the wall. Last time I stayed here, my room was actually quite nice

Breakfast good although quality of orange juice was poor. Hot options from 5am is an excellent addition to your breakfast service

Very dated needs a full renovation .bath wasn’t the best rust in the bath surround mould on the shower head . No hot water in the morning

Very close to Glasgow Airport terminal. Staff were lovely.

Food very average. Food was lukewarm. Bedroom was very cold and USB Sockets didn’t work. Bathroom freezing. heated towel rail turned off due to safety!!! 2nd bedroom no better. 3rd bedroom the air con worked so room was warm so we accepted it. However in the morning we discovered the shower didn’t work as attachment was missing. Thank goodness for one overnight member of staff who was very apologetic and tried his hardest to help us.

Directions were awful! Went into the car park and was charged £6 and I didn’t use it just had to drive through!

It is five minutes’ walk from the airport and is well signed. The restaurant serves after 20:30 and solo travellers do not feel out of place
