Rooms were supposed to be ready 5pm, which is fairly late by many hotel standards, nevertheless rooms weren't available until around 7pm. Nice apartments with great views, but no elevators and no help with luggage up 3 floors.

We stayed in one of the apartments, rather than the hotel, and it was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, clean and so well-equipped, particularly for someone like me who enjoys cooking for a family.
The view from the living room/balcony was totally stunning.
The playground could do with a bit of maintenance and there was a net missing from one of the tennis courts, which was a shame, as the other court was taken when we wanted to play.
The bar and bistro menu was pricey.
Swimming pool and leisure facilities were awesome and we spent so much time in the pool as the weather was very disappointing but what can you expect in Scotland! If you do get some sun wet heartily recommend a day trip to Luss and kayaking on Loch Lomond.
