Butikowy, kameralny hotel z bardzo miłą i profesjonalną obsługą. Oddalony od stoków, ale hotel zapewnia bardzo sprawny transport busikami. Zarówno śniadania i obiadokolacje na najwyższym poziomie, dania smaczne, serwowane w wyjątkowy sposób. Wspaniała atmosfera.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and nicely finished. The spa / wellness area was great. The food was amazing!! Such a big selection on the buffet and the set meals were beautiful. Francesca and Angela our waitresses were amazing and went above and beyond.
The shuttle to the lifts worked really well and was easy to do when we wanted it.
We had an amazing stay - 100% would recommend!

Nice and clean bathroom, breakfast was ok however not a big choice if you do not eat meat and sugar.
Good storage place for the skiis and boots. Ample parking spaces in front of the hotel.
Lack of a kettle in the room (no possibility to make tea or coffee), uncomfortable, hard beds, no possibility to order something to eat in the restaurant if you have not bought dinner before.
At breakfast all egg dishes (except for boiled eggs) were very greasy.
At sauna - almost all people in swimming suites and without knowledge how to behave in a sauna - talking loudly on the phone, moving in and out all the time, which did not give you a possibility to relax. Lack of towels in the sauna if you come during the last hour of opening. No staff attendance who would instruct those people how to behave, add towels, etc.
Small and slow (long waiting time) elevator in the hotel.
