Great base in Selva for summer and winter sports!

Elena and her staff were great. The appartement was cleaned twice in the week which was a bonus! Very nicely appointed with comfy beds and chairs. We took a 6 man one for our family of 4 so grown up kids didn’t have to share. It may have been a little snug with 6 of us. The kitchen is for one person cooking but had everything we needed. Pool and sauna etc were a welcome treat after a hard days walking up mountains in the rain!!

Elena is a very helpful host, assisted our laundry.

Very comfortable vila, with stunning views from balcony, clean and decent decor. Spa looked good, but we never tried as didn't bring swimsuit.

One pan is sticky, sitting room bit dark, but overall condition is really good.

Calm holiday base

Large comfy apartment fully reflecting the photos, nicely decorated, good sleeping quality, great hosts, all necessary toiletries available, all accessories for spa visit available (didnt visit the spa though), nice very quiet location, 5 min walk to the supermarket, 2 min walk to the cosest bar/restaurant, 5 min walk to Pizzeria by the river (average food). Spatious balcony with nice views. Private parking. All super convenient. Serves a good base for researching Val Gardena area.

No negative comments on the property. In general Selva is a quiet and very small village, where u wont find many late evening entertainment possibilities. Well, ultimately and for many it is a plus that lets you unwind after an active hiking/skiing day.

Mountain Magic Meets Italian Hospitality

+ Excellent Host - Elena was very responsive and friendly, providing warm hospitality throughout our stay. + Impeccable Cleanliness - Apartment was spotless as housekeeping maintained excellent standards throughout. + Well-Equipped Kitchen - Compact but had everything we needed for meal preparation. + Prime Location - Walking distance to Selva and bus stops, plus complimentary bus cards for transportation. Beautiful mountain views. + Comfortable Accommodations - Spacious rooms with good showers. Beds were comfortable, though the singles pushed together had a middle ridge.

- Patio Smoking - Smoking is allowed on patios and smoke drifts into units when windows are open as no A/C. - Patio Noise - Neighbors on multiple nights held loud family speakerphone calls on their patio at odd hours that carried into our unit with no one on-site to manage.

Lovely comfortable stay

Very cozy and large residence. We loved coming back here after a big day hiking. We could see the snow capped mountains. The wellness area with the pool was lovely. We loved that the residence was equipped with a kitchen. Elena was a very helpful host who gave clear instructions for self check in.

Nice resort with good food and skiing, Villa Leck was perfect for us

Spacious for 4 people, good location once we worked out the ski path back to close to the hotel. The hotel shuttle bus was excellent and took us to where we asked to go each morning.

There was not much ‘lounging’ furniture in apartment 8 - a 2seat sofa, otherwise seating was on the dining chairs.

Great place in Selva

Good location close to Nives in Selva centre. We had room 4 which had a nice big balcony. Wellness Spa was great after a days hiking. The host Elena was helpful and welcoming.

The underground parking garage is a bonus but a little tight and might be challenging for big cars

Great location - a 5-10 minute stroll into town, possible to ski almost back to property. Shuttle service in morning to take you to ski lifts. Elena an excellent and very helpful manager. Lovely wellness centre with pool & steam rooms. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Very clean.

Exceptional accommodation.

Our apt was clean, tidy, in perfect condition, spacious and furnished with taste. It was classy - no cheap towels, bed sheets, kitchen ware, china, nor the toiletries. Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht

Mooi appartement op een goede locatie ten opzichte van het dorp. In het dal kan je als wandelaar alle kanten op. Het was ook heerlijk om na een lange wandeling even het zwembad in te duiken. Verder een mooi balkon met nog mooier uitzicht.

In de tweepersoons appartementen waren de kook faciliteiten beperkt.

Gezellig appartement met goede service en heerlijke wellness.

De relax ruimte was zeer uitgebreid. Ook de service van broodjes bij de deur van het appartement in de ochtend was heel fijn. De eigen shuttle service die je naar de piste brengt is heel goed. Als je via Ski2000 je spullen huurt, worden deze naar het hotel gebracht en aan het eind van de week weer opgehaald.

We zaten op etage -1, waardoor het uitzicht minder was. Ook was de gezamenlijke ruimte in het appartement wat krap.
