Great location right next to the Nives button drag lift, which gives immediate access to the Dantecerpies area and is a short distance by foot/ski to the main Ciampinoi gondola area. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we liked the hotel bar and restaurant enough to get dinner there three times.
Nothing really that we didn't like. Would be nice if there was coin laundry available on the property but that's a very minor negative.

Lovely staff, great breakfast. Very helpful, when leaving early they have us a takeaway breakfast for our journey to the airport. Nice spa area.
