De grote van de slaapkamers en de wellness.
In het appartement was het wel wat gehorig. Niet de buren maar m’n huisgenoot .

Rusctlea is well positioned in a quiet area of Selva. It's 10 minutes walk from beginners ski-slopes (Nives and Biancaneve), along a nice path behind the houses (a former railway line!). In the afternoon you can ski back along this path (gentle descent!) almost to the apartments! As an alternative in the mornings, there is a ski bus every half hour, two stops takes you to Ciampinoi bus stop, from where there is the Ciampinoi bubble lift, or 1 minute walk to the Costabella chairlift, which takes you up to Dantercepies runs. (Your check-in gives you a free bus pass which covers this.) Nearby Spa supermarket at the foot of the road (2 mins walk) has everything, all good quality, super served counter for cold meats and cheeses and much more. The restaurant downstairs is great, lovely to have in the building if you find nothing in your fridge one evening or just don't want to go out after a hard day's skiing! 5 minutes walk into town there are great restaurants and bigger spas in some of the hotels - we went one afternoon day to Granbaita who do a day pass for non-residents if you take one treatment. All the staff at lovely, very friendly and very responsive. Their manner is straightforward and to-the-point, rather than effusive - this is the style of Selva, they are well used (almost blase) to visitors of all nationalities, but are actually lovely friendly people who are genuinely interested in your well-being - you really couldn't want better. We pointed out a couple of small things that needed fixing, and in both cases we were really very impressed when they were both fixed the same day! The building is superbly heated and very well insulated, you never feel cold. Bathrooms spacious, water pressure excellent, bathroom fixtures all good. Sauna great. Ski locker in basement has aeriated pegs for ski boots and works perfectly for 4 occupants. In short, we lacked nothing, had a fantastic winter stay enjoying the superb skiing Selva offers.

O apartamento muito bom e grande.2 quartos,2 banheiros, ótima cozinha.Tem estacionamento fechado,grátis,fica a 5 min de um supermercado.A Anfitriã nos deu passe de Ônibus para os 4 dias,sendo ótimo para circularmos entre Ortisei,Selva e demais cidadezinhas.Recomendamos pois fica fácil e perto de tudo.
