Good location , next to the main cable station Ciampioni. Decent and clean.
Last mile and details are always not satisfactory: 1) Very confusing route for some rooms eg if you stay at “B” section and the parking area, 2) it provides an access to the town center from the hotel garden but the chip key for the access doesn’t work properly, 3) it’s super difficult to control the temperature of the water of the bath and shower! 4) there is no handler for the bath tube , 5) checking hour is late 4pm, 6) you need to reserve the pool, after that you don’t find a place to put used towel…. And many other things.
