Clean and spacious enough for 4 people, with all the essential amenities. The hotel offers beautiful views, and parking is available for €5 per night. The staff were friendly and provided clear check-in instructions. Great location—both Seceda Cable Car and Alpe di Siusi are within a 20-minute drive.

The location was perfect for walking and the garden offered a peaceful retreat with lovely views. The room size was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfying, complementing the well-maintained facilities, pool and spa. Staff were attentive and friendly, special mention to Maurizio from the bar and Francesco, night shift receptionist. A great value experience!

Hotel is located centrally with all facilities. Residence facilities are different from hotel so be aware of the additional fees for access to pool, spa, and other facilities Overall a great hotel. The apartment we rented smelled odd and they came to spray it down but informed us that wood smelled that way and it didn't go away. Guess the kitchen adds to the smell. Spacious and comfortable and priced right.

Extremely rude front desk employees. We arrived late and tired after a 5-hour drive and only wanted to go to the pool for a little while and then sleep. The front desk employee was extremely rude, telling us that we needed a reservation to use the pool. When we asked if we could at least take a few pictures and have a look without using it, he told us that we could “see it through the glass at the bar.” I mean, we paid to stay at the hotel, and we should be able to enjoy the facilities, especially since the pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. They also didn’t give us clear instructions on how to get to our room. When I asked again, I heard the woman at the front desk call me “stupid” after we had already walked away. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Then, once we got to our room, I noticed that they had given us an economy room instead of the one-bedroom apartment for four people that we had actually booked and paid more for. I went back to the reception and had to explain the situation to both employees. They initially looked at me as if I were the one who had made a mistake. I showed them the reservation on Agoda multiple times, including the exact room type and the difference between the name of the room on my reservation and the room they had given us. I then had to wait **30 minutes at 10:30 PM**, after a 5-hour drive, while they debated what to do. Instead of simply fixing the obvious mistake, they initially tried to blame me and then Agoda. After 30 minutes of going back and forth and showing them the reservation again and again, they finally gave me the room that I had actually booked and paid for. They told me they would “investigate” the issue with Agoda, but there was no apology or proper explanation. The hotel itself is beautiful, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I worked in hospitality myself and travel frequently, and I have never experienced such a poor and unprofessional interaction with front desk staff. This is not a cheap hotel, and considering the price, I would definitely recommend looking for another option in the area.
