We had an amazing stay here, the whole property was extremely clean and cared for. Hardly heard other guests which is a big plus. Breakfast was perfect every morning and owner was very accommodating! The only thing that my partner and I wished for in the hotel room was a do not disturb tag for the door, and an HDMI cord for the television to connect TV to our computer, in order to watch movies in our native language.

Everything is great here, 3 minutes to the bus stop, 1 minute to the supermarket. Anna the host served us wonderful breakfast every morning. Our room is spacious and very clean and comfortable, I would go to the balcony whenever I had the chance to look at the beautiful scenery.

Very good hotel, clean, well maintained and in great location, is run by nice and friendly family.

This place is perfect. It is super clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good. And the family which owns it is just the nicest. We had a very late check in (despite the fact that the usual check in hours are only till 10pm) and the owner personally met us in front of the hotel and helped to carry the suit case to the 3rd flor. Every one else who we interacted with were super nice and helpful, very pleasant people. Location is also hard to beat - ski lifts, hikes, restaurants - everything is close by.

Amazing place to stay in: spotless clean and very cozy

This was the best accommodation we had in our entire trip in Austria and Italy. Everything was spotless clean, and the room was big and had a small balcony. The lady who takes care of the Villa is very kind and helpful. Also, the location is very good: right in the center of Selva di Val Gardena, but not at the main road, which makes it very quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic B&B. Spotless. Comfortable beds and blackout blinds. Great location for hiking trails and local restaurants. Tremendous hospitality. Free parking. Lovely host. Healthy and tasty breakfasts and coffee. Would absolutely stay again. 5 stars.

Bella struttura, semplice e accogliente, con atmosfera familiare e piacevole. Camera molto accogliente e pulitissima, colazione varia e abbondante. Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla fermata dei bus e da un fornito supermarket, vicino al centro e ai servizi, ristoranti, ecc. ma in un vicolo appartato e silenzioso.

Un kettle in camera per farsi qualche bevanda calda sarebbe utile.

Totalt sett helt okej boende!

Perfekt läge, enkelt att ta sig till gondol som tog en rakt upp till bergen för vandring, bra läge i byn. Personalen var väldigt trevlig!

Inga mörkläggningsgardiner så det blev helt ljust i rummet när solen gick upp från kl 5 på morgonen. Ventilationen lät mycket så den fick vi stänga av och istället öppna fönstret men det var en fors utanför som lät ganska mycket så sömnen blev ganska störd.
