Élégant hôtel, très bien situé (retour skis aux pieds) et jouissant d’un beau panorama. Belle chambre lumineuse bien équipée. Spa très agréable (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, solarium). Local à skis moderne avec casiers équipés de buses pour sécher les chaussures. Restaurant accueillant avec personnel diligent et souriant. Petit déjeuner buffet très varié et copieux. Dîner avec vaste et généreux buffet auquel succèdent antipasti, primi, secondi et dolci savoureux. Belle carte de vins régionaux mais pas seulement.
Seul péché (véniel): le prix excessif…de l’eau (micro filtrée) - plus de 50€ pour 6 soirs. À quand l’obligation en Italie de servir gratuitement une carafe d’eau du robinet (au demeurant exquise à Selva…) à l’image de ce qui existe en France?

Zamknięte meble w kuchni. W ofercie apartament przedstawiany jako większy niż w rzeczywistości. Małe łóżka dodatkowe (apartament dla 4 osób dorosłych).

the bed were not comfortable, but the put some extra padding on for me which helped

Well maintained. Wellness area sauna is hot. Mini Club was nice. There is an evening reception staff who is friendly and always wears a smile on his face. The bar staff is nice too.
In the restaurant. the bald gentleman was passive aggressive on multiple occasions and it was not due to the language issue. Half board food was average at best. Jacuzzi gets filthy. Limited shuttle service. I was also assigned a room that was different from what I booked. The daytime receptionist claimed he was new and couldn’t help me and instead asked me to wait until checkout day for the manager who did not show up. This was disappointing for a reputable hotel.
