I wasn’t expecting a full renewed hotel room with very nice facilities. The staff is very kind and helpful. They really give the best hospitality and make you fell very comfortable.
It’s very great located in a very quiet and beautiful valley. Our room had a great balcony with an amazing view to the suassolungo.

Locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor skiën. Ook vooral voor minder ervaren skiërs zijn vanuit hier mooie gebieden makkelijk bereikbaar (plan de gralba, passo sella en belvedere) en het ligt aan de sella ronda. Dorp is echter erg rustig, dus helaas geen echt gezellige barretjes of après ski.
Personeel was heel goed!
De eerste kamer die we hadden (standaard kamer), lag op de onderste verdieping en was erg donker. Ook vonden we de badkamer wat verouderd. Uiteindelijk geupgrade naar een superior kamer en die was zeer mooi. Het andere stel in ons reis gezelschap had een standaard kamer op de vijfde verdieping, die was wel ook goed.

Outstanding - right at the ski slope, professional and friendly staff, superb food, clean and modern facilities with breathtaking views and the spa with 3 or 4 different saunas. Oh and easy onsite parking.

Il grande valore aggiunto di questa struttura è un anziano signore del luogo che, durante la cena tirolese, suona la fisarmonica, racconta storie, e spiega tradizioni locali. La presenza di questo simpatico musicista/cantastorie rende tutto molto più autentico.
