The staff was very kind, I was even offered a yummy local snack when I arrived! I loved getting to meet Alaska the puppy and the Spa amenities were clean and exceptional— I would decide stay here again!

Location, staff and cleanliness
The bed was very hard

The room was very good. Clean, well designed, spacious and comfortable. The spa is exceptional. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice. There isn't much not to like!
Only minor quibbles, and none of these affected our overall experience. The location is excellent for access to the lifts, although it is a little further from the village centre, which may be less convenient for walking back in the evening or after dark. The dinner options are very good, although perhaps not quite exceptional. Also, not all staff speak English, although this was not a significant issue for us.

Very poor breakfast, unfresh bread.
