Everything was very impressive. Rooms are big and new. Breakfast was great with ala carte menu you can order. Facilities look really good - heated pool and free pool table to use. Also they give free dining voucher and Gardena mobility guest pass
9.2 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable, the hotel was lovely, and the rest of the team made us feel welcome. The only disappointment was our experience with the spa staff, whose service felt less warm and attentive than elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
8.8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The hotel was modern with strategic location. The breakfast was superb and ideal for a long day hike ahead. The only downside was that the staff’s attitude can be seen as rude. I was told off my pool staff to wear my slippers when none was provided in my room. I asked politely where I can get it, he only said go ask reception. Instead of sorting it out as pool staff, he diverted it with bad tone.

The hotel has good facilities, and breakfast is pleasant.
We were left feeling uncomfortable at a somewhat awkward encounter when we first arrived. We were 2 hours ahead of check in time, and had unloaded our bags and brought them to the counter, requesting for them to be kept at the concierge until we came back for check in. However, the lady at the check in desk insisted that there was 'absolutely no space' for our bags and we had to keep the bags in our car. She also insisted we immediately moved our car from the 1st basement's check in lot, which was quite empty at the time, even though we told her we would be leaving in a few minutes after using the washroom.
This was quite ridiculous because there seemed to be plenty of space in the room for luggage, and the carpark was also relatively empty at around 1pm.
Otherwise everyone was really nice.
