The hotel was easy to find with free parking. Very helpful front desk and breakfast was great. Wellness centre exceeded my expectations and was perfect after a long days hiking.

Enjoyed my trip and stay as a whole! Amazing facilities and felt very well rested!

It was really a spa and resort! The room was really nice and spacious. They cleaned the room daily as well. The balcony was small, but cosy, didn't use much but it was lovely. The toilet was very big and spacious, even had our own 'jaccuzi' to soak inside. The facilities were great! Large gym with many equipments and space and the swimming pool, outdoor hot tub and cold tub were AMAZING. Loved it. It was a good place to relax!

The carpark spaces were very limited, and had some difficulty in getting our car out of lot during one of the days as there was another car parked infront of us, and therefore had to use the public transport to get around that day. The breakfast was the same very morning, got a bit bored by the 5th day.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a modern style. We stayed in a family room for 4, which was very spacious, very stylish with mountain theme, large modern bathroom with robes for all of us. Very close to the pool & spa area. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, fresh juicer and a delicious spread to start the day. The dinner was equally delicious, with a four course meal, lovely restaurant and the staff were so friendly and kind. Nothing g is too much. Location is great, right in the centre, and next to the bus stop a short walk to cable cars. We would love to stay here again, and would highly recommend.

Location is excellent. Reception staff are super efficient/helpful and very friendly. Lovely decor throughout. Afternoon tea was lovely as was finger food with drinks early evening. Good buffet breakfast

Unfortunately although there were lots of saunas and 2 hot tubs, only one hot tub had water in, and 3 saunas were not working, this was disappointing. The hotel allows the use of the neighbouring property and vice versa. Unfortunately the pool / bar staff don't share the overall brand. There was a problem with a poolside order we placed with a member of staff (whom we did not know actually worked for the neighbouring hotel but was serving at this hotel pool) we went to rectify the problem in the bar, and it was a case of the barman throwing his hands in the air "not my problem, I didn't do it".

Just perfect.

Everything is perfect in this hotel!! The front desk is SUPER nice to us. The room has a balcony with awesome view. Free parking space. Close to all trails and cable car stations. Thank you again for the lovely front desk recommending us to go to Col Raiser and to Seceda. This option is less crowded with greater view. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Clean, pretty, nice, welcoming, everything.

Amazing warm staff, lovely hotel and great pool and wellness area

Nick was amazing at reception !!! As were all the other members of staff. Nick made us feel at home straight away. The breakfast was great, the free bus pass was great for us, proximity of hotel to other restaurants is good.

Very good

Spacious and clean rooms on the top floor with great views towards the mountains. Very helpful and friendly recepcionist. Nice breakfast with bery good bread. Close to Col Raiser cable car and not too far from Ortisei (free buses).

Very early checkout and not possible to use the pool after checkout. We didn’t require any rooms, just to stay by the pool for an hour or two. This have been possible at other places we have stayed. Also missed fresh jam and eggs at the breakfast.

Bad

The position is very good and the man that gave us the e-bike was very kind and gave us all the information. I’d like the presentation of the food even if the way they served us was too speedy.

The staff was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. They treated us in a very bad way and even if we would like to pay an extra they didn’t let us use the pool the day off check out. The shower wasn’t very clean and the bad was very uncomfortable (like marble…)

This hotel in combination with Val Gardena...

Flexibility to ensure a successful stay as a guest: taking care of your luggage till creating the perfect cocktail you like in the outside Jacuzzi (and go for the extra mile, to personalize that). Apart from this, I liked most the warm, personal and professional atmosphere without all the Kafka. To summarize: 'welcome home!' feeling. Not a little thing: a professional sauna at your service!

Superb

OK Breakfast, if you would like eggs, you can ask the waiter and they will make eggs of your choice (i.e. scramble, omelet, fried). Great location, with the bus stop right outside the door. We had half pension and there was a great variety of different kinds of food for dinner, and sometimes also different themes, like local food from South Tyrol. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom wasn't that new, but very clean and worked very well for one that is normally very picky when it comes to hotel bathrooms. The pool and sauna area was great, and perfect to relax in after a day of hiking/biking in the mountains. However, they could preferably start the saunas a little earlier in the day, as they were first turned on in the early afternoon. We stayed for 5 days, and all in all a very pleasant stay, and could happily stay again. You could also rent bikes from the hotel, which was a very nice option for us one of the days, as the other rental shops did not have anything left for rent on short notice.

We had to pay extra for the water that was served during dinner, we did not know about this before we checked out, and it was way too expensive! The water is perfectly nice to drink from the tap, and it felt really unnecessary to pay that much for a bottle of water. Some of the staff was very strict on not allowing us to bring any food/drink from the breakfast to the room, which was inconvenient when we were in a rush, or just wanted to finish a cup of coffee in the room. There was also no kettle in the room. We read that they offered

Staff was very friendly and easy-going. Restaurant was very good.

The room was very small. It is absolutly not what you expect when you book Imperial suite and pay like 1K per night. In the room there was no shampoos, no glasses for water, no minibar. The view from the room was not great. Bathroom looks like it was renovated 30 years ago. The main problem is the transfer to the slopes. They had just 1 car for 3 hotels. And waiting time was around 15-20 minutes. Ski lift are not near.

Superb

We visited the hotel in the last week of July. The location is perfectly situated in the best mountain range of Italy. The stay was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful with any facility and comfort you could wish for. The staff and service are the best assets however with the hotel sparing no expense to make guests feel totally relaxed and comforted. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything with a genuine smile to make our stay magical. Cannot wait to visit this top quality resort again in winter.

Serviço excelente, as pessoas que nos atenderam e nos serviram foram extremamente gentis e solícitas - todas elas, sem exceção. A acomodação era excelente e o spa também. Minha estada foi excelente. Garagem coberta, camas boas, lençóis e toalhas muito bons também. A comida, que contratamos à parte, era muito boa também. O hotel fica numa zona bastante central do lugar.
