Location is perfekt, skibus in front of the hotel, everything is within walking distance. Personal is very friendly. Nice pool.
Although there is a great variety for breakfast, I found it annoying, that you have to ask for everything: vegetables, tea cups…

The staff in this hotel were amazing. Special mention to Pasquale , Max, Melania and Cristiana. All the staff here ( I did not get all the names) work so hard to make your stay 5+ stars. Thankyou. Be sure to eat dinner in the hotel, you will not be disappointed. Also the free snacks and cakes each afternoon were appreciated.

Staff was very friendly and easy-going. Restaurant was very good.
The room was very small. It is absolutly not what you expect when you book Imperial suite and pay like 1K per night. In the room there was no shampoos, no glasses for water, no minibar. The view from the room was not great. Bathroom looks like it was renovated 30 years ago.
The main problem is the transfer to the slopes. They had just 1 car for 3 hotels. And waiting time was around 15-20 minutes. Ski lift are not near.
