Would not rebook here, if I were to return to Mons

Location was convenient, staff were nice

The bathroom (shower portion) smelt bad, toilet didn't flush well and was not clean upon arrival, wifi was terrible, cellular service was bad, bed was uncomfortable, walls were super thin, at one point there was no running water.

Pleasant solution that met my duty travel requirements

Efficient staff, always available. Excellent breakfast. Position very close to the location I had to reach for my business.

Rooms could do with a deep cleaning. Not only the used areas, but the large dust bunnies on the walls and corners and such. Much too hot in the room. Although they gave me a fan, I had trouble sleeping because it was simply too hot, and the only cover I had was the large duvet.

The food was expensive but decent,some staff were kinda friendly,everything else is what horror movies are made.

Dirty facilities, very expensive stay for old beds(I had a bruise from the spring stabbing my ribs all night), non working air conditioning with 30 plus degrees,I complaint and got dismissed had to sleep with a window open in the woods and be eaten alive by bugs all night,1 towel per room with us being a family, no shampoo or soap. Like I said it’s what nightmares are made. Stay away.

Overall a disappointing hotel

Room poor , fridge and safe did not work - reported to reception but not fixed. Bitten by insects in room. Inside swimming pool tiny and not clean , outside pool covered in green algae. Breakfast poor , little hot food and it had been out for hrs , coffee machine broken . Tables not been cleared.

Ok stay for a night on the road

Nice place for a stop on the way, reasonably priced. The room was decent and reasonably large.

The bathroom and toilet desperately need maintenance. The door handle fell off the first time we touched it, as did the toilet paper holder. Breakfast is completely overpriced.

Great location and good for short or overnight stay.

Great location. 2 minutes from SHAPE. The restaurant is nice and served great drinks. Check in was easy. Room has AC. Front desk spoke English and helpful. Staff kitchen spoke little English but very accommodating.

The shower walls were visibly dirty. The fridge in the room was very small. Can fit only small drinks. No wash cloths so make sure you bring your own. The beds are two single mattress pushed together. Hotel provided only shower gel and towels.

the staff tried , but this is not run as a proper hotel

the location was great , and it’s a beautiful hotel in the woods. the food was great and the kitchen and front desk staff were wonderful

the pool was closed for cleaning for the entire day our grandkids wanted to use it . our suite for four had no soap or shampoo, the shower didn’t drain our dirty tray stayed outside our room for 24 hours …. even after we asked for it we got no shampoo or garbage can , and our shower was never fixed . the suite had no plates, cutlery or cooking pots . no paper towels either There is no kitchen running Sunday either

I saw rats running outside my hotel door since employees would place trash bags outside of their rest area. The rats would often run in front of my hotel glass door to take food from the trash the employees left outside without cleaning it up. Really disgusting and unhygienic.

I won’t stay at Utopia ever again

Staff spoke English

Rooms smelled like raw sewage. The view outside my room was a construction site. The building appeared it was not well maintained.

it could be better

It's very difficult to tell something here. There is something anyway: Jacuzzi bath. I also liked the nature seen outside on the window. Happy hour for drinks at the hotel restaurant is a nice service.

1. the room wasn't prepare at the right time. 2. the toilet wasn't cleaned. 3. the heating system didn't work. after my complain, the receptionist brought a small electric heater, but it wasn't enough. 4. i received the last room on the 3rd floor, the last floor. the wi-fi didn't work. 5. because of my early departure every day in all 2 days period of time, i request to the receptionist for an earlier breakfast. he said there is no possible to have a breakfast one hour in advance, but it willl be prepared a take-way meal for me. i thought this is an appropriate alternative. the next first day the take-away meal wasn't too generous (one sendwich, two plastic bottles of water, 200 ml. each bottle, and two paper recepients with orange juice, 200 ml. each one). although i have announced the receptionist in the evening that i have the same request for the second breakfast, in the morning i had nothing prepared for me and for my colleagues (we were there as a group). 6. there is a smell when you are entering in the facility. etc.

old room, next to the Lobby. It was really cold and quiet loud as you can hear EVERYTHING, including terrible Lobby music. after claim I got a new quiet and modern room.
