Pleasant stay, helpful curteous staff, would recommend.

Warm and welcoming

I really liked the art in the common areas and the overall design. The room was warm (it is winter), clean, spacious, and very quiet. There was plenty of parking available, including a fast charger for my electric vehicle. An ATM is conveniently located right in front. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I prefer a walk-in-shower over a bath with shower. Apparently other rooms have them, we choose the wrong type.

Convenient. Short cycling distance to HQ

The bar is nice. The bar staff are friendly and are willing to chat. Rooms are nice and clean. Green card system is good innovation as the voucher you receive if you feel that your room does not need the daily clean can be cashed in for a drink at the bar.

The fridge in my room was warm for the whole week. It was a little elderly. I asked if it could be changed but to no avail. The bar staff however kindly stated that they could store anything that needs to be kept chilled in a kitchen fridge.

The pillows were not comfy The aircon leaked and would turn off It had a funny smell The ceiling panels were gone and there were wires hanging out The breakfast was subpar, decent pastries and juice and coffee but the hot bit was limited to toast scrambled eggs beans bacon and potatoes and the eggs were wet one day, dry and hard the next and one day there was noodles in the eggs which was strange. The water at breakfast smelled fishy, the drink prices at the bar were extortionate for a double gin €18.50. Prices like that are agreeable if everything is lovely but it was bog standard. When asking staff to clean the room it wasn’t cleaned-services were poor.

Fabulous, quiet, pet friendly and very comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel on two different occasions and it is a very nice, comfortable, quiet hotel and pet friendly. The location is perfect, there is a bar in lobby, great receptionist , excellent buffet breakfast, a fitness center, sauna/jacuzzi. The staff is most professional and very helpful and pleasant.

Very basic facilities. Too expensive for the quality.

I liked the location because it was very convenient for my business. I also liked the parking lot. spacious and free.

It was smelly and old. The room was inadequately heated. Nothing to eat or to drink except if you travelled to Mons.
