Very Pleasant and helpful staff, easy to find and good options for parking. Several choices of places to eat close by.

Location and parking possibility good.

My room were rented to another guest who woke me up at 5:15 AM. How possible to rent same room twice?! Moreover last visit collapsed air conditioning/heating at evening. Repaired at morning. Missing anything warm for breakfast (like ham and eggs etc.). Staff mostly cannot speak English.

Good sized, comfortable bedroom for budget hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Airy bar and breakfast area. Nearby parking which was free when we were there.

disappointing end to out trip. this was our last overnight stay and the worst by far

this is a very tired and shabby hotel in a poor location. we stayed in other ibis hotels on our trip and this was by far the worst. there is nothing positive to say about it. I would highly recommend you look to stay somewhere else if in this region.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff were helpful.

Rooms were ok. A bit small and there were small details, like gaps in the flooring, that made the hotel seem a less professional. Worst was the noise. We were away from the train station, but tight next to the bus stops. The buses start at 5 am and are very loud. Based on the location of the hotel relative to the train station and bus stops, I doubt other rooms would be much better.

Basic !

The bedding was clean, room large.

No character. Room had no decoration. Just 2 thin towels for 2 people. Toilet bowl stained. Had to hammer on the door to get the receptionists attention to get in. Tables scattered with food remnants and cups near the lift. Receptionist in the morning tried to charge us for breakfast. Which we hadn’t had. We had enquired via email if it was being served but decided against it.

Loved the bed so comfy And the AC didn’t really use any facilities with COVID, Staff were great, Car park was brilliant also.

Negatives outside the doors of the hotel were full of cigarette butts and quite intimidating walking in with a crowd smoking close to the doors, also it smelled of urine.

Accueil désagréable à notre arrivée et nuit très perturbée

À notre arrivée le samedi 7 février aux alentours de 18h00, l'accueil a été assuré par une femme brune, portant des lunettes, qui manquait de courtoisie et de sourire, voire semblait désagréable. Elle nous a précisé qu’un partenariat important avec la SNCF était en place, et a insisté sur le fait que notre chien (un chihuahua) ne devait surtout pas faire de bruit. Nous sommes, après tout, des clients comme la SNCF. Or, notre chien a été très calme, bien plus que certains humains ! Nous avons passé une nuit très difficile : l'alarme s'est déclenchée vers minuit trente. Mon mari est descendu à l'accueil, où le jeune homme présent, étant là pour la première fois, a eu des difficultés à désactiver l'alarme incendie, n'ayant aucune maîtrise du système. De plus, l'alarme incendie n'a pas été réactivée par la suite. Enfin, concernant la propreté de la chambre, ma fille a trouvé un cheveu noir dans le lavabo.!!!

Un excellent rapport qualité/prix qui nous donnera envie de revenir.

À notre arrivée, la personne à l’accueil s’est montrée très professionnelle et nous a indiqué où stationner gratuitement. La chambre était pratique et bien équipée : une grande télévision fixée au mur, un grand lit, un bureau avec une chaise.

La salle d’eau est une cabine en plastique avec la douche, les toilettes et le lavabo. Cela reste assez étroit.
