Practically everything
Room fan was right up the bed and close to the top deck of the bunk bed

Location to public transport.
Lack of showers (hot water ran out so cold water only at night) to ratio of people staying. The 1 kitchen tea towel was filthy. No oven. Fan in room only works on high speed. No upper sheet on bed, only a doona. For the amount of money they bring in each night there definitely needs an upgrade of facilities.
