Room had everything we needed, Gretl was SO helpful, bed was comfortable, staff was accomodating, place was spotlessly clean. What a great value and fun spot!

Have been here numerous times when passing through Cairns- great location close to airport/Esplanade/Cairns attractions.
Appreciated being given the room I requested on booking.
Small/ limited hours of counter staffing can make check in/out slightly tricky. However it's easy to communicate by message with managers.

Nice staff, nice pool
The kitchen isn’t organized, it was dirty, there’s no toilet close to the room, the bunk bed is so small, the fridge in the room makes more annoying the cooking, since I need to move my stuff all the time.
