    We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. Our room was spacious, with an attached bathroom and balcony, and everything was clean and well maintained. Hot water was available anytime, and the shared kitchen was a great convenience for cooking or heating food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. The location is excellent, right in the Esplanade area, with everything just a 1–3 minute walk away. The ferry point is about 5 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants and other places nearby. The hotel also has tie-ups with a few restaurants that offer guests a 20% discount. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so comfortable and pleasant!

    Prime location, making it easy to explore the most happening place in the area. The bathrooms are cleaned everyday, but balcony cleanliness could be improved. Overall great experience for a quick stay as a solo traveller.

    The receptionist guy called *** is a very ungentile person. He laughed about guests, is always with bad face and don’t represent at all the spirit a young hostel should give as a first impression with the front of house professional. He charged me one extra night for a “late checkout” of half an hour in between a monthly reservation, even when I explained here I was at the bathroom for 15 minutes. The hostel is all right but these guy *** really made me have a very poor experience.
