    I picked Travellers Oasis on Agoda for the “Bed in 3-Bed Standard Mixed Dorm” because it listed three single beds, free WiFi and air conditioning. Reality at check-in: • One *bunk* bed + one single bed (not three separate beds) • Staff offered upgrade for extra ***/night (Agoda price difference was only ***) • *WiFi* was completely down – front desk used staff mobile data • AC is not free: AUD 1 for 8 hours, coins only, otherwise no AC • Several cockroaches on the balcony floor I contacted Agoda customer service for help. After wasting over an hour on the phone, they could not resolve anything. This seriously ruined my experience. The common areas are nice and parking is free, but the listing was very misleading. If you need real single beds, working WiFi and free AC, double-check directly with the hostel or choose another place.
