No value for money would not recommend.

Location and views were lovely.

Our room was outdated with paint coming of walls and ceilings. Stuffy smell in room probably caused by old mat and furniture. Smell of old urine in toilet. Lack of towel rails in bathroom. No fridge in the room. Staff at dinner buffet was very rude and unpleasant. Food wasn’t great at either dinner or breakfast. A big letdown of what we paid for. Would not recommend nor go back.

Quite relaxing one night stay at the hotel after an all day motorcycle ride around Austria.

They let us park our motorcycles overnight right in front of the front-desk. Family Room was spacious and nicely arranged. I liked the fact that the toilet was a separate space and that bathroom had both shower and tub. There was variety of drinks in our all-inclusive deal, ice cream and other snacks. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner.

Balcony could use some sort of shade from the hot sun.

Excellent Hotel, but don't book it through booking.com

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The food was acceptable but not exceptional. Breakfast was limited, particularly for hot food

It seems to attract German chavs, such a pity as it's nice nice hotel but it was uverrun with awful kids with parents who didn't care. The hotel was good, but do NOT use booking.com. They cancelled one of my bookings that had been paid for for over 2 months with less than a weeks notice whilst I was already on holiday. They don't respond to messages for days, and when they do they point to their terms and conditions in the small print that NO BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM IS GUARANTEED, THEY CAN CANCEL WITHOUT REASON CITING A MISTAKE AT ANY TIME EVEN IF IT'S BEEN PAID FOR AND CONFIRMED

Pleasant stay

We got an upgrade to a next door Hotel Kroneck. From a 3 star hotel to a 4 star hotel. I can’t say much about the Lifthotel. But in Kroneck we got an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen corner and 2 separate bathrooms. One with bath and the other one with a shower. Both hotels have a pool in the yard and playgrounds for kids.

There were no plates or mugs or classes in the kitchen corner of the apartment in Kroneck.

Exceptional

This is a great big hotel set in a valley between mountains and ski areas. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The restaurant has a variety of meals, all very tasty. Nice service. Especially Martin - a very kind man. Parking places are available close to the building. We didn't use the SPA area, but it's definitely an advantage of this place. Very good value for money.

Refrigerator room

If you are preparing for climbing to Himalayas, it is excellent hotel for you. Heating no working and it was very cold room. Positive things is that you will obtain this room for half price. If you like winter in room (not only outside) you are wellcome in this hotel.

nope! no hot water, poor breakfast buffet

the rooms are newly furnished and clean

there was no hot water so we couldn’t even shower! apparently it was a problem in all town, but still, I would have expected a symbolic discount or a voucher, something to apologize for the fact that we paid 100 euro for a night and we couldn’t even shower. the breakfast was also disappointing, we went in the middle of the breakfast hours and already the buffet was not being refilled with basic elements (like bread, bacon and plant milk). the most annoying thing anyways was how the receptionist reacted to the hot water problem, like it wasn’t even his problem.

Lady in reception at check out speak "just a little bit of english", and in restaurant (especially outside) there was really a lot of flies.

We asked for glutenfree which was available but we get an special discussion which the personnel how the food needs to be prepared. The bread was served in plastic without put it in the oven when asked. No is already ok she said. Simply not ok!! We where also forced to book a double room because we are with 5. Not done.

We got a really huge room from the receptionist at arrival. The room was very clean. They send you a billing-summary the evening before checking out, which was a good idea.

A water kettle in the room would be perfect - it's a suggestion, not really criticism.

Breakfast was nice. the location is very vlose to lift etc for skiing but also very nice for summer time hiking etc. Rooms was spacious, parking free at the front.late check in was possible too

Some of the staff were not very welcoming. They didnt have a kettle in the room ro make a coffee or tea during the day. We also had a little baby and we had to go downstairs to ask for boiled water. Overall good though
