Nice place to stay on the way. Clean and nice apartment. 2 bathrooms are great for big family. Staying here you can enjoy Tirol atmosphere. Mountains; amazing houses all with flowers and very welcoming people.

Fair stay with mountain view but hygiene can improve

Good size room/apartment, nice design inside with wood and relaxing lighting, excellent views towards the mountains

Cleaning service was not up to standard. Towels had not been changed for at least 3 days until they were asked, shampoos and toilet paper had not been replenished, floor was not being vacuumed daily.

New, very spacious rooms with amazing beds

Appartement looked completely new and was super clean. We had a side room, with a little view of the mountains. Beds were amazing. When staying I would recommend to eat at least once at the restaurant.

Was some noice from the restaurant, but would always be moderately quit after 22:00.

Mountainview spacy room in a nicely maintained hotel.

nice location just outside the village, very nice hotel and reception. parking was next to the hotel and for free. We had mountain view from our room ;-) The restaurant is also vey nice. Wifi for the kids so they were happy. Our (small) dog was allowed aswel. just a few minutes from the hotel there is the nice village center and some shops. Roomspace is very comfortable.

we did not do the breakfast as this was quite pricy, but i must say it looked very good. So officially nothing to complain about it. lightning in our room was not really bright (indirect lighting off the ceiling) and therefore for us a bit dark to play card games in the evening. But the rooms are very nicely done !

Avoid this hotelier. he needs to sell the hotel and focus only on his beloved steal restaurant. Awful guest experience!!

room was clean and modern, great view of the mountainside

When you arrive there is no reception visible from the road so I walked into the restaurant and asked the bar staff how to check in. i am then told oh you should have come in the side entrance not to the restaurant. after being felt I should be embarrassed to be in the restaurant I walked into a very compact (no chairs) checkin area. The manager was short and direct in his manner while at the same time trying to get us to book in for the Eur17 a head breakfast, and also doing a hard sell on the steak restaurant. we obliged on both as I try and give hoteliers this business. The breakfast was average and despite being badgered to rebook each day we politely declined. The steak restaurant was fine, was it worth Eur300 for 2 adults and 2 children certainly not. Now the bad taste in my mouth with the manager of this hotel was after he saw we would not rebook his restaurant for breakfast or dinner, we were effectively dead to him. No hello in the morning, no interest in asking us how our day was in the evening. i am sorry but if all you care about is your restaurant, then sell the hotel! Other poor parts of the experience is the “entrance” to the hotel is via a 2.5 foot wide hole in a hedge from a public gravel car park. there is not even a sign saying the hotel has a right to stay park there. But park there you must because the 6 spaces at the front of the building we were told were ONLY for restaurant diners!! Come on, this experience is so badly formed I am really suprised this has a high 8 score on booking.com.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

De gehorigheid is een enorm probleem. De naastgelegen kamer is slechts door een deur gescheiden. Het geluid van de buren (jongeren die om twee uur ‘s nachts arriveren) dringt direct de eigen kamer binnen. Nachtrust is hiermee finaal ten einde. Je kunt letterlijk verstaan wat de buren zeggen. Het ergste is echter dat de receptioniste niet thuis gaf op het signaal wat ik heb willen afgeven.

Alles in Allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit 😊

Hervorragendes Frühstück und unser Zimmer war auch sehr schön und sauber! Die Zimmer waren sehr warm obwohl die Heizungen runter gedreht waren. Das war zum Schlafen ein bisschen schwierig. Wir durften auch drüben im Hotel den Pool benutzen. Der war allerdings schon sehr kalt für diese Jahreszeit. Die Sauna war leider aus. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen 😊

Der Pool im Hotel müsste wärmer sein.

Desayunamos en el hotel kronick ( delicioso por cierto y un servicio excelente y excepcional desde la recepción hasta la comida, nada que ver con el servicio del restaurante que está abajo del hotel

Tener que recoger la tarjeta de la habitación al hotel que está enfrente, hace tiempo nos había,os quedado en el hotel y las duñas estaban más amplias y el refrigerador no funcionó bien

Uređenost i prostranost apartmana. Čistoća. Bar u prizemlju. Jednostavnost prijave i odjave. Besplatan parking.

Dvije kupaone. U obje se nalazi tuš. Ali samo je jedan WC, bilo bi bolje da su dva WC u app za 6osoba. I u kupaoni s WC nema lavabo za pranje ruku, nego je u drugoj kupaoni gdje nije WC.

Onderdeel van ander hotel waardoor dit een soort van bijgebouw is geworden. Moesten zelf nog een babybed regelen terwijl we deze wel hadden gevraagd bij de boeking.

Wir würden wieder kommen und können es nur empfehlen

Die Zimmer waren sauber und sind großzügig gestaltet. Die Infrarot Kabine ist natürlich, neben dem Ausblick, das absolute Highlight der Suite. Auch der Balkon lässt sich mit dem Ausblick und einem kühlen Getränk sehr schön genießen.

Es gibt einen Wasserkocher, doch leider keine Tassen oder vllt ein Kaffeepulver/Teebeutel dazu. Das ist etwas schade. Das Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, was natürlich nicht ohne Lärm geschieht. Allerdings absolut im zumutbaren Bereich. Mit Baby wäre es allerdings trotzdem gut gewesen, dies vorab zu wissen.
