Excellent quality hotel; good value - modern and friendly - will return

charming property - very big room and quality linens and bed. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast and afternoon snack. Dinners were good with excellent cheese bar at the end. Lovely dining room and spa. Spa was quite good - not the biggest one but quite good nevertheless.

Nothing really - room and main areas quite modern to high standard m. Dining was outstanding first night and on second night a bit weaker but still at high level and highest quality food and meat.

Excellent cosy hotel

Excellent and cosy hotel that makes you feel at home when you’re not at home! Perfect mix of modern and traditional interior! Staff at reception, roommates and especially staff at restaurant were all very kind, polite and professional! Spa center is excellent! Variety of wonderful food at breakfast and dinner and very good selection of delicious cheeses! Fine dining at dinner with excellent choices of meat, fish or vegetarian portions! Hotel location is on the main road! In front of the hotel are bus stations and public bus brings you to nearest ski slopes in few minutes!

The employees

The rooms are very small and old (booked a family suite). The rooms on booking do not match the reality. The heating in the room did not work and the water changed hot and cold when showering. The hotel in general is quite old and not of high quality. Also forgot to clean the room and only did so when requested. Breakfast in general of lower quality.

Beautiful old style Austrian resort. Wished we could have stayed longer and done some hikes. Lovely staff and great breakfast. A little out of town so you do need a car.

Extremely pleasant stay, welcoming staff and beautiful location

Extremely professional staff and wonderful location. A special thanks goes to Patrick and Alexander for their help, patience with our two kids, and caring service. We truly enjoyed our family stay at Elizabeth's. Excellent spa and kid's club definitely a plus!

A very enjoyable recovery environment with a superb spa and a great breakfast.

Very comfortable environment with lovely staff and a nice relaxed feel.

No tea making facilities in the room and average coffee due to the lack of a proper Espresso machine. A facility of this standard should be able to offer far better coffee with fully trained baristas on site.

Very nice hotel for skiing both Skiwelt and KitzSki.

One of the niceat four star hotels in its genre that I’ve visited. Nice spa and sauna (with aufguss), nice food (breakfast and dinners). Ski bus stops right in front of the hotel proving convenient access to both Kitzski and Skiwelt. Friendly staff, too.

Room was too hot (have they heard of the energy crisis?) but that manageable - I just kept the balcany door open for a while in the evening.

Great Hotel in Austrian Tirol

Huge well lighted room, nice bathroom. Excellent pool and spa area. Great breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs, waffles, etc. Great bread choices. Fresh juices. Super well presented dinners. Friendly, accommodating staff. A very Austrian Tirol hotel...And they cleaned the snow off my car and left a note wishing me a safe trip. That is service.

Probably could have better non-meat dinner options. Not very close to town so you need a car or use the bus, but no big deal.

Friendly staff, ready to help immediately! very good location. 2 minutes from Kirchberg and 10 minutes from Kitzbuhel. easy access for ski and boots, very clean room, size of the room was very good.

Breakfast was ok, can become better. Staff were speaking English; however, it was difficult to have a proper conversation.
