Fab place to stay in cute bungalows, small but have everything you need.

The location on the beach is a winner! Close to great restaurants on the beach and also on the street. Peak cafe and Sonya great for breakfast as is the hotel itself with breakfast on the beach

Chill, beachside bungalows close to everything you need.

Clean, staff were very friendly, location right on the beach, massages available on site, and we really liked our second room which had a good bit more space than the budget bungalow. Free towels for the beach/pool each day available at reception. Easy to rent a scooter. Easy walk to restaurants; our favourite was the Malay-Thai place—we ate there pretty much every day at least once, but notable mention also to My Friend. Great fruit from the Coconut Man too and they can cut it up for you. Dropped off water and clean towels regularly. Provided toiletries. Deck area for hanging out on -- literally. And friendly cats.

The budget bungalow would be absolutely grand for 1 person but my mum found it too pokey for both of us and our big bagpacks -- there's nowhere to really unpack your stuff in the rooms which isn't the handiest. We got on better with the bigger bungalow as we had more space.

Overall good value for the price, fun for kids.

The kids loved the pool. the snooker table was great. The staff and vibe was very nice. Saturday night fire show and sunset view was amazing. The staff were really helpful and frendly.

The food was not the best, especially the Thai food was not very good. The pool was much smaller in real life than we expected. There was a lot of cigarette and marijuana smoke around all the pool and restaurant areas all the time, which was impossible to escape from because the area was small, this is not good for children.

Great bungalows at a great location

I had a wonderful stay at Lanta New Coconut Bungalow and can highly recommend this place. The location is perfect, right on the beach, which makes it ideal for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the resort’s own restaurant, which offers very good food in a great atmosphere. The massage services available directly at the resort were a real highlight and added to the overall relaxing experience. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. My bungalow was fantastic — very spacious, with plenty of room and storage space, and it was also spotlessly clean. Everything was well maintained. Within walking distance of the resort, there are also other restaurants as well as a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient. I can fully recommend Lanta New Coconut Bungalow and I will definitely book it again.

I paid a lot bc it was NY holidays. I think the cost on a regular time would be much more appropriate for the accommodat

It had a nice laid back feel. Employees were welcoming and friendly. It was a quiet place and you can easily relax.

We had one small bungalow and one deluxe. The small is so small. But luckily the air conditioning works amazingly well in a small space. I would suggest having your cleaning staff clean the doors in your spaces.

Stunning location, but had niggled about accommodation

Right on the beach. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely place to stay on a lovely island.

Budget bungalow is small. I mean tiny. The 2nd dearer bungalow we booked felt palatial in comparison, and it had a bedside table, and 2 drawers in the console table over the mini fridge. There is a lack of places to put your clothe - 4 hangers between 2 people doesn't cut it. Some shelves, a shelf system, anything... to let guests get their clothes of the floor would have been a good idea. Staff were uber helpful and friendly.

Koh Lanta has so much too offer, make sure you book your stay longer so you don’t feel rushed.

Staff are top notch. No need to have baht on you here, simply charge it to your room and pay later. BBQ nightly, massage is one of the best on the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Everything was very nice!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Location is good in the middle of the island to reach both north and south locations. They take care of the room everyday, with cleaning and refilling of water and instant coffee

Huge let down.

The location was good and a lovely set up to enjoy the beach.

The staff were rude. We unfortunately had money stolen from our room which was returned to us but after this point we no longer wished to stay at the property. The staff were unhelpful and rude. They made us feel very unwelcome.

Best place Instayednin a month in the south of Thailand.I wish I was back there!

Loved this place. Literally right on the water at high tide. You cannot swim at low tide, but the beach is gorgeous. And has loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, while feeling Zen. Very clean and comfortable bungalows, though basic. Even the beds and pillows were great. Well priced. Restaurant was ok. Convenient to shops on the road as well.

Pool was smaller than expected and not appealing, but there were kids enjoying it.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. The staff were so helpful and friendly with exceptional English and communication. They were extremely knowledgeable about transport from the hotel to our next destination and arranged a fabulous air conditioned private mini van to Ao Nang for a very reasonable price. The whole place and area on the beach was so relaxed. We loved it. Would come again and highly recommend.

Little more of an area to place luggage in the room like an extra bench would have been helpful but wasn’t a massive issue.

Amazing location 😍 great service, food and value for money

We booked this place very last minute as another place we had booked fell through. We booked and arrived within 10 minutes, and we were welcomed immediately and our bungalows were already ready for us. The place is right on the beach, the service was excellent, the restaurant has a good variety of food both Thai and Western. There is a pool table in the bar area and the pool is great too. Can't speak more highly of this place, we had an amazing time there.

Perfect little spot in Koh Lanta

From the minute we got here the staff were so helpful and polite. The pool was great. The food was tasty and the happy hour over sunset was perfect. Our room was basic but we only slept in it so didn’t need anything more.

We loved Lanta New Coconut. ❤️

Right on a very beautiful and relaxing beach. The massage place (we went every day of our nearly two week stay) was open air on the beach, allowing for the most relaxing experience on the planet. The facilities, food, etc were wonderful, but it was the staff that really made it exceptional. They were so nice and friendly, and became family by the time we left (there were many hugs before we left). Will definitely come back on our next Thailand trip, and will miss sitting in the sea for every sunset until then.

The place was quiet and there was a nice clean pool with an area to sun bathe too, free water in the fridge and a hair dryer all at a cheap rate

All my washing was chucked in together and my white things are now a dirty grey colour, it was on the pricier side too for laundry. No breakfast or any snacks included , the beach isn’t suitable to lie on really and there’s no one around , bit of a ghost town. It’s not easy to get from a-b as a solo traveller and I was told to find a tuk tuk on main road for onward travel which there was only a dodgy looking option to help , they only helped because I was upset and charged me alot to arrange me onward travel. Wouldn't stay again

Superb

Markus the manager did a splendid job holding Swiss quality hospitality standards on this nice beach. I took the most expensive bungalow, spot on quality price ratio, which was quite nice; I especially liked the decoration in the bathroom and the hammock on the patio.

Unfortunately the tides and waves made it impossible to swim in the sea, but that is not up to the management. Some of the bungalows face each other, a bit of privacy issue there (it didn't disturb me that much). Shower was fine, but I would have enjoyed more water pressure.

A small resort that's big on making your stay special

This is a small resort that's big on everything you could want. The staff work very hard at making your stay very special. Soh the Manager is amazing - taking care of any and every detail from trips to pool towels. This was our first visit and we've been made to feel like family. We'll be back for certain.

A lovely place to stay

All of the staff were super friendly making the atmosphere so happy and relaxed. We wanted to do some snorkeling and kayaking trips and Soh was fantastic at recommending and organising these for us. Soh was a total superstar. Also a beautiful location. Highly recommended!

What a luck choosing New Cocunut for our stay. Location is key as you on the beach which has many beach bars and restaurants along Klong Kong. The staff are exceptional and pander to your every request. Value for money, exceptional great value. I'm not only coming back but recommending this beautiful find to all my buddies.
