Comfortable mattress and a good shower

After reading so many reviews I booked on the strength of those..but,it definitely is not beach front (10 minute walk)and is very very small and basic….too much money for what you get.No tv no coffee or tea .

Lovely family/ staff running it and decent location.

We had some minor issues with the fridge and power but he fixed the issues really quickly which was great.

This family takes such good care of you to the point they become good friends and are such loving and wonderful people.

Everything is amazing

New Khong Klong Garden is a true hidden gem on Koh Lanta, one of those places that surprises you in the best possible way. Peaceful, charming, and comfortable, it’s the perfect spot for travelers who want great value without giving up convenience. The bungalows are cozy, quiet, and equipped with air-conditioning, making the stay extremely comfortable. Everything is clean and well looked after, and the entire team, including the owners, are kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The property also offers motorbike rentals on site at great prices, which is incredibly convenient, plus a laundry area and a covered outdoor shared kitchen. We even cooked a few meals there, something we hadn’t done in a long time, and it added a warm, personal touch to the experience. The location is fantastic: Just steps from 7-Eleven and Big C, Close to friendly local shops and cafes, And best of all, a brand-new night market has opened right next door, which is a huge bonus. Evening snacks, fresh food, local treats, and a lively island vibe are all just a few steps away. It really enhances the experience and makes staying here even more enjoyable. Honestly, as we continued traveling farther south, we already found ourselves missing this place. It’s cute, comfortable, convenient, affordable, and filled with heart. Highly recommended, a wonderful stay and hard to leave.

Everything was perfect

We loved Klong Khong, especially the owners and their amazing hospitality. The rooms are super comfy (we tried both with aircon and without, the one with aircon is worth the extra but the one without will do as well, at night and with the fan we slept fine). They have bikes for a good price as well and a hidden little kitchen that's offers water and is quite well equipped :) Support local tourism!

The property is in a great, quiet location, about 5-10 minute walk to beach and close to lots of restaurants. The room was perfect, air con was amazing and the shower was great too. However there are quite a lot of ants in the room, not a massive problem though!

Loved the garden environment, so well kept, I was first in a fan bungalow, but it was just too hot, even though there were 2 fans it was unbearable, so I moved immediately to an aircon room which was okay. Just the pillows are hard as a rock. Water pressure in the shower very low. The Bed only had a kind of a thin comforter to sleep under. Lots of ants, but after spraying them, they gave up on me. The owners were just so fabulous and friendly and were so helpful.
