Fabulous

Lovely location right on the beach. They had a good restaurant and offered beach bbq’s every night. The infinity pool overlooking the beach was gorgeous. The resort also offered daily massages and very reasonable prices. Would definitely stay again

Great location and pool by the beach. Lovely little porches on the houses and cute cats wandering around. Close to everything but quiet.

The toilet/shower could have been cleaner and they were a little old. But pretty basic on thai standards so nothing to worry about. Bed is a bit hard, no suprise😁

Lovely little find

We loved the location of Seashell Beach. The rooms were very clean and the aircon was good. The room is basic but had everything we needed. The staff are fantastic. They are very friendly. We had a lovely massage on the beach. The food was good and the drinks. We would have extended our stay, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. It was nice to have a swimming pool available,although we swam in the sea.

Like your own home on the beach

Amazing location right on the beach. This hotel had the best quality facilities I’ve experienced in my 2 months traveling in SE Asia for the price point. It felt like staying in my own nice and clean beach home. It’s also in a good location on the beach. You don’t need to go out. Just step right on the beach and chill on a lounge chair in front of the beach or the pool. I don’t think you find a cleaner hotel on Koh Lanta.

Not a dislike but something to note- this is a small family run hotel, with the family literally living on the property. It’s not like a traditional hotel, so you have to be active in asking for what you want like cleaning etc. I don’t mind, but I think some other reviewers didn’t expect this and didn’t bother to ask for what they wanted.

Amazing location! My little bungalow was just steps away from the beach where you could watch the sunset. Love the bungalow too, like your own home vs being in a hotel. Staff super friendly & welcoming!

Great place to stay

The family and staff are lovely. The rooms are great, we had one closest to the pool which we loved. Room was cleaned regularly, we even said some days that we didn't need it as they came to do it. They serve nice breakfast and other food actually, right on the beach. Perfect location!

There was a strange smell some days from the coming from the bathroom. Our neighbours also asked me about this if we had it and they did too. They thought it could be to do with the septic tank, not sure. Pool is a bit small but it didn't bother us.

Beachfront and pool were very nice. Loved how lush the resort was as well. Staff were so friendly and always had a smile. Great value!

You’ll definitely need a motorbike if you want to explore. The beach in front is pretty rocky - there are other beaches that are all sand. The bed was super hard.

Location could not be beat. Food was delicious. Staff were extremely attentive. We liked it so much, we extended for another 2 nights!

Beds were quite firm. Pool bathrooms could be improved, but we just walked up to our room after the first encounter.

the rooms were simple but very clean and big , i find the bed very comfortable as i like hard beds , food was delicious and the people were very kind , good choice of cocktails also , location was perfect as in the middle of few bars and restaurant to enjoy during the evening without using any taxi etcc, beautiful sunset ! and the bar set up little tables every day with happy hour to enjoy the beautiful sunset

Beach-front and newly renovated

It’s a small property right on the beach. All of the bungalows are newly renovated and the pool is new too. The food and beach massages are also good! It’s run by very nice people who try to make you feel welcome. Easy walking to other parts of the beach and the street shops. It’s down a dirt street past some other things but keep walking, you’ll find it.

Homely paradise!

Such a gorgeous place , we felt very welcomed here and homely! The family that runs the place are just so lovely, they have a great cook , very affordable and varied menu and amazing massage right on the beach too! Rooms were comfortable, me and my husband were there on our honeymoon, with my mum and dad and friends also staying, we all had a wonderful time here , it's a very nice beach to stay on with good atmosphere and plenty of good bars and restaurants to check out along the beach too!

We didn't like having to leave , we will be back for sure!

Strangely enough it was probably the first place I went where the pictures online were worse than the reality. The bungalows are situated on Klong Khong beach. From our bungalow, which was the furthest they have we took literally 30 seconds to reach the beach. Perfect location to watch the sunset. There is a bar/restaurant at the properties looking at the beach, it has reasonable price for the area also every night they do barbecue with fresh seafood. There are many ATMs, restaurants, shops and beachbars in walking distance. The place and the beach is really quiet but you can still catch a party in any beachbar around. On top of all the nice things the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming! If I’m ever in Koh Lanta again I will definitely go back to this place, it just has an amazing vibe. Very good value for money.

Our bungalow did not have air condition and the windows did not have any mosquito nets so we didn’t want to open them (there are lot of mosquitos around), therefore we had the hot air trapped inside. We still slept really well with the fan facing the bed. This is a small improvement that could be done easily. Apart from that everything was perfect!

Sehr günstige und einfach ausgestattete Unterkunft. Personal sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und direktem Strandzugang. Wir haben im Restaurant gefrühstückt und auch mehrmals gegessen - es war immer sehr gut und auch sehr preiswert. Viele Bars und Restaurants am Strand entlang.

Die Zimmer werden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt - wir waren 4 Nächte. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach und im Bad wäre eine Abstellfläche super. Die Betten sind sehr hart, aber das empfindet jeder anders.

Wszystko super, bardzo fajna lokalizacja, ładna cześć plaży, spory basen, bardzo dobre jedzenie w szczególności tuńczyk z grilla.

Twardy materac jak kamień, nie dla każdego, poduszki mógłby być wyższe. Klima przy łóżku z boku więc też na noc trochę daje po twarzy od jednej strony łóżka.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Bett war das bequemste meiner ganzen Reise. Und das Zimmer war sauber.

Neben dem Wellenrauschen hört man in der Nacht noch lange die Disko-Musik der Nachbarn. Nur Barzahlung möglich.

Sea Schell je naprosto perfektní!!!👏 personál je pozorný, byli jsme zde už podruhé, přivítání bylo velké, jako v rodině, velká obětí!!! Resort má vše, co si představujeme v ráji!!! Krásná pláž, čistá, jemný písek, pěkný bazén s výhledem na moře, je v nádherně udržované zahradě, těch druhú rostlin!!! U každého bungalovu je teráska, pěkně chráněná vegetací, pokoje uklízejí fantasticky, po 2 nocích vyměnili veškeré lúžkoviny( dali je v jiné barvě, nelze pochybovat), i rohožky dali čisté!!! A ty masáže!!! Těžko se nám odjíždělo! Večerní BBQ a kuchyně je super, není co vytknout! Jde o rodinný resort, vážejí si klientú a tak se k nim i chovají, určitě se vrátíme nejen letos, ale i v dáších letech💋💋💋

Vše bylo řečeno, užili jsme si beze skvrnky! Možná by stálo o zamyšlení doplnit vedle postele malé světlo na čtení, ale poradili jsme si, jde spíš o zvyk.

Toller Resort direkt am Meer

Die Lage direkt am Meer war toll, sodass wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom Pool aus betrachten konnten. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Wir haben mehrmals im Hotelrestaurant gefrühstückt und Mittag oder Abend gegessen und waren jedes Mal zufrieden. Auch die Massagen sind sehr empfehlenswert und preiswert. Fußläufig vom Resort sind Wäscheservice, Rollerverleih und sämtliche sehr preiswerte Restaurants erreichbar. Auf Anfrage wurde unser Transfer problemlos mit Abholung und Fähre für uns im Hotel organisiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Der Bungalow ist recht einfach eingerichtet und das Bett war etwas hart, aber ansonsten war alles super.
