Robin a member of staff went out of his way to help with the bike I was travelling with.

The staff

Room was good, extra bed already set up for us. All staff were helpful and friendly. Late check in was managed very well and we were delighted to be able to get food and drink at such a late hour. Shuttle bus to and from airport was prompt.

A description of how to call the shuttle bus from the airport as the call buttons were on one side of a large pillar and we stood on the other side for about 20 minutes before another hotel shuttle driver showed us where it was!

Location for the airport was great. They have a transfer van so could pick as up from the train station and Drop-Off to the airport as well.

Great hotel for an overnight stay near the airport. Clean, cozy, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. The pool is excellent!

Shuttle service, check in/out, pool, comfort for one night stay. Convenience (free shuttle) to/from airport, clean room, pool to cool off, helpful staff.

No decent options for a meal, other than the hotel. Distance from Marseille. Although there is a bus from the airport to Marseille, the distance makes it inconvenient to visit for an evening.

There was no free shuttle back to the airport. The staff ordered us a taxi for a 4:30 am pick up for a 6:30 am flight. The 3 minute taxi ride cost us $30.00.

The staff said the shuttle would be sent but it didn’t come and after 30 minutes we had to ring again and it came on the second call . Annoying as this was late at night

Staff was excellent. Rooms were well designed, clean and comfortable. Good place to rest before or after traveling. Easy access with shuttle to airport.

Pros: 3 mins drive from the airport. Clean, modern, with reception

Cons: my taxi was booked for early morning but it didn’t arrive. Receptionist couldn’t figure out how to call them. I had to call Bolt and luckily we had a bit of time to get to the airport on time. Restaurant service was very clumsy and we paid €45 for basic dinner, but they kept on bringing wrong wine or forgetting to bring a spoon. Also, they charged me extra (145 instead of 107) and I was lucky to notice that. They said it was for breakfast, but I booked my room without breakfast. They refunded the difference eventually, but if I didn’t notice that card charge was bigger than the booking some it would probably go unnoticed. Be careful!

Close to the airport. Good location for an overnight stay before departure. The beds and shower were great. Free shuttle to airport a nice bonus.

Perfect place to stay to catch a flight the next day. Comfortable rooms, all services provided, friendly staff, etc.

The dinner was average.

The room was adequate for a pre-flight stay. It was close to the airport and thankfully quiet. The shuttle service to the airport, was handy.

The staff were pleasant enough, though not overly thoughtful (chased drinks order, twice).

OMG The Hotel Restaurant - The food quality was so unexpectedly bad!!! The pork ribs plate was so disappointing - I would never serve that to anyone I know let alone paying customers. There was so much fat on my ribs it took me forever to get to the small slice of tough meat. As for the breakfast, we were down at approx. 8am and there wasn't much left. Worse part was having to shoo flies away from the food. Seriously. We had booked another night as we were flying from Marseilles to come back to Canada but cancelled and went elsewhere.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Booked a taxi for us as our flight was early morning. They recommended a very good little restaurant which was a 5 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very pleasant stay.

The pool was closed as it was out of season.

Friendly English-speaking staff at reception and bar. Nice lobby, very clean rooms with comfortable beds and good showers. 3 minutes by car to the airport or shuttle service.

Clean and comfortable

We were advised at the time of booking that a shuttle bus would be available for our flight that arrived at 11.30 pm this was an absolute pre- requisite of our booking , however when we telephoned hotel after getting out of the airport, we were informed that no shuttle was available after 12 and we’re left to find a taxi that cost €30 fir a 2 km trip . This was so disappointing and unhelpful to us .
