room was terrible , there was drilling going on above for renovations that we did not know about until they gave us the key !! the shower handle was broken , the bathroom door would not lock , not enough plugs to charge stuff , no coffee or tea in the room , and the room was small ,

Okay for an overnight stay if you are travelling to or from Marseille Airport.

The two lady members of staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. They stored our cases in a safe location as our room was not ready so we went to eat lunch in the hotel restaurant whilst the room was being prepared . The hotel ran a free shuttle bus every half an hour to the airport. A five minute journey. There was an outdoor swimming pool which I hadn’t expected and didn’t use, but many people were enjoying it. The on-site restaurant had a fair range of meat dishes and offered salmon also. The room itself had a fair amount of hanging space and shelves.

The room was tiny. It was extremely difficult to walk between the wall and the bed. The beds had mattress toppers on them, which were 2 to 3 inches thick (@6cm). These slid off the bed constantly making it particularly dangerous to try to get out of bed during the night. We were in a wheelchair friendly room. The wheelchair did go through the door but then had to be folded up.

It is close to the airport

It’s hot, dirty, small cramped rooms with unfriendly staff. It’s an airport hotel with no way of walking to the airport terminal except on a busy, main road which is extremely challenging with luggage. There is an airport bus which only starts at 04:30 so if you have an early departure you have to walk to the terminal. No taxis come to the hotel. The hotel looks like it’s situated on a neglected, industrial site.

Proximity to airport and swimming pool. Reception staff were polite and welcoming.

Great hotel and restaurant. Airport shuttle driver is unreliable for first ride of day

The Ibis Marseille Provence Aéroport was conveniently located close to the airport. We used the first shuttle from hotel to airport for early morning flight to Paris.

The shuttle driver showed up 15 minutes late and caused a flurry of panic from all passengers. Most chose to lug their luggage to the airport by the road as the receptionist had no way to contact the driver to find out where he was!! Actually, when I asked the receptionist if there was a telephone number for the driver, he just waved both arms to say he did not know how to contact the driver.

Great hotel to have a rest before or after flight

The hotel is conveniently situated just in 5 minutes walk from Marseille airport. The room was clean, quiet, with a great view to a gulf. They even have a swimming pool, but it didn’t work during our stay. The staff was very helpful, let us make a late checkout with a baby.

Perfect place to stay before my early morning flight out of marseille! Comfy beds, lovely staff, and the dinner was open until 11pm. Biggest plus was the walking distance to the airport!! Felt very safe and comfortable here, would definitely recommend!

Not all food available at breakfast long before restaurant was due to close. Had to wait 25 minutes for courtesy bus from airport to hotel. Would have had to wait 30+ minutes for courtesy bus back to the airport so had to walk pulling all our luggage.

Great option at the airport

We stayed one night. Very handy from the airport and there's a shuttle bus. Our room was very comfortable. The pool was lovely, refreshing after our flight. The continental breakfast was the best we've had, lots of breads, cheeses and fruit.
