It was clean. Comfortable and the staff made the evening as perfect as it could be.

The reception staff were excellent. Offered more then I anticipated and when I asked to get direction to the waterfront the staff member had sketched up a map for me. Went way above and beyond for all guests.

Desperately in need of a refurb

The restaurant is pretty good.

Tired old rooms and hallways. Electrical sockets hanging off walls. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. Just generally poor.

Great stay but make sure you wear your favourite swim wear 😂

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and easy transport from airport.

Only downfall was that swimming pool didn’t have any changing rooms so you have to get ready in your hotel room or the toilets in the main lobby, then you have to walk through the restaurant with lots of people eating to get to the swimming pool. Also, when we were around the swimming pool, the outdoor café was closed, so the only way to get drinks was back through the restaurant again.

Nice hotel but can be great with some tweaks

The size of the room, the bed, as well as the noise free location, despite being so close to the airport.

The shower is very badly designed, inondating the whole place as soon as you open the water. The receptionist didn't offer/ask anything, not the breakfast not if we had a car. The receptionist may benefit from some additional customer service training.

A much better experience since my last visit.

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed, good bathroom set up with separate toilet & shower. Also the air conditioning was able to be adjusted easily. Breakfast was certainly much better than the last time I stayed there a year ago, as indeed was the refurbishment which I imagine is now complete.

Only to say that the amount of TV channels was very limited.

Little oasis close to the airport. Great design, lots of amenities. Loved everything about it.

I absolutely loved unwinding in the sauna. Everything was so clean, tastefully designed. My room was spacious with little seating area. Bathroom shower was so comfortable with amazing water pressure.

Old room needing an update

The staff were very friendly and nice. Was close to the airport.

When booking a hilton hotel, you expect a certain standard. In this hotel the reception was new and modern but unfortunately I had a very old and worn looking room. There was no air conditioning, and the bed was uncomfortable. I paid quite a bit for this room for one night and it was no better than an ibis budget, in fact worse. Maybe they are slowly renovating rooms and got a bad one. I arrived very late after a long journey, a plane delay and losing luggage so I really didn't have the energy to complain but was very disappointed.

Unfortunate event!

We stayed here before and it was perfect. This time the air conditioning was not working in the rooms. We tried to stay in our room even with a fan we were given it was unbearable. They were very kind and put us in the ibis hotel. Which was ok. Unfortunately not at good as the hilton.

Unfortunately no air conditioning. The staff helped straight away. It was a shame as we wanted to stay at the hotel. Everything was good at the hotel. I felt we missed out as we ended up staying in a hotel of lesser value. As we booked through booking.com, they could not offer us anything else.

Wonderful stay in a great airport hotel.

We loved the design, the spaciousness, the style and the soothing couloir combinations. The staff were extremely polite and helpful from the parking attendant to the cleaning staff as well as the reception and restaurant staff. The hotel is very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable.

We wish breakfast has been served a little longer as we arrived late after a long trip and slept past breakfast time. However we were offered some croissant and coffee on the house, a very lind gesture.
