Pleasant stay

Very convenient as it is close to the airport and I landed at around 10 PM and check in was available until 11 PM. Friendly staff. The breakfast included with the booking was very good. Also within walking distance to the train station.

OK for an airport hotel.

The hotel was clean, located 5 mins from the airport and offered a free shuttle.

I ordered a room with 2 beds two months before my arrival, and my request was confirmed that it was received. (I was traveling with a friend, and we did not want to share a bed.) At check-in they said it was not possible, because all twin rooms were full. They had 2 bath towels, but no hand towels at the hotel. We had dinner at the Holiday Inn across the street. The server was friendly, but the meal very bland and tasteless for the price we paid. Overall it was OK, but nothing to rave about. For a 1 night stay at an airport hotel it was fine.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Close to airport and provides a free shuttle. They had breakfast as well which is convenient.

Nothing comes to mind. Picture a typical chain hotel, then picture that it’s especially clean and comfy for a chain hotel, and you’ll have this holiday inn express :)

Clean, Fabulous beds, free breakfast & Shuttle Bus 😊

Perfect location for flying into Marseille to then travel onto Cassis the next day. Great free shuttle bus from Marseille Provence airport to hotel. Very friendly staff. Ease of popping over road to separate Holiday Inn (not Express) for dinner & drinks. Very comfortable beds and clean & decent shower. Decent free breakfast & decent coffee included in price with good selection and staff very happy to refill when asked. Very impressed.

I communicated with staff and they were helpful in replying but it was not clear where you pick up the free shuttle bus outside the terminal. We flew into the smaller Terminal 2. You come out, turn right, cross the road and walk for about 40 metres and you come across a concrete pillar that says “Hotel Bus”. On the pillar is an intercom button for various hotels. Press the button for Holiday Inn Express & you’ll be connected to the hotel. Explain where you are - Terminal 2 in our case and the free shuttle bus came within about 7 minutes and took us to the hotel. We were only in the bus 5 mi utes but it would have been a lot longer to walk with luggage especially on a hot day. So the bus is excellent, just need to be clearer where to pick it up

Odd location and watch out for a certain male staff person

The hotel room was fine. The HVAC worked well and was quiet. Breakfast was good with several choices. The female staff members we interacted with were friendly and professional.

Arranging a pick up at the Marseille airport was challenging. We waited 45 minutes and received conflicting information several times. The male staff member was dismissive, which added to the confusion. The kiosk at terminal 1 does not appear to work. Best for guests to walk five minutes to terminal 2, where by the bus depot, there is a clearly marked "hotel" pole where you can call. No ice was available at either this hotel or the Holiday Inn across the street (it was 95 F/35 C the day we stayed). Note that there is nothing to do in the area around the hotel unless you have a car, or want to take a bus and then a train into Marseille (one hour each way). You must eat dinner at the Holiday Inn across the street (the dinner there was good).

Extremely comfortable stay!

It was very friendly. Lovely little bar and refreshment area when you arrive. Excellent breakfast in the morning that kept my teenage son primed for the day. Extremely comfortable beds!!

Good for one night

Good breakfast, and the room was functional, relatively new, and clean. If the airport shuttle runs, transport to the airport is easy and efficient (3 min drive away). Shout out to the guy who takes care of the breakfast; he was very nice and friendly.

Arrived after midnight at the airport because of a flight delay. Hotel shuttle only runs until midnight, no taxis at the airport, no help from reception, receptionist did not speak English, impossible to walk due to the highway that separates the airport from the hotel. Had to wait for an hour before a taxi arrived. Reception staff in the morning also very brusque. I asked for the shuttle back to the airport, was told it runs every 30 min. When I came back and asked about it at the designated time, she asked me if I had booked the shuttle. And there wasn't even anybody else, it's not that it was busy...

Good option for hotel Marseilles Airport

It was very convenient from Marseilles airport. We arrived late and navigated to it easily in our car. The night clerk was waiting. There are two Holiday Inn's across the street from one another. The Express is on your LEFT. The breakfast was good, a little bit of everything.

We had twin beds. One of the beds was missing a nightstand. The reading lamp was also missing from the wall and needs to be re installed.

Excellent for a quick overnight stay.

Location is ideal for someone travelling and wants to sleep near the airport, but in a quiet area. The hotel in general, and also the room (sheets, towels, everything) were clean, bed was super comfortable, and the staff kind and helpful. Good internet connection. Shuttle service from the airport, and also very nice breakfast.

Food options outside normal hours; When there are no local eating alternatives there needs to be better in house food. breakfast very basic. The bar was very slow.... receptionist was "waiting for my colleague". isolated location. shuttles are imperative and need clearer explanation.

Relaxing Comfort close to Airport

Location close to airport was excellent. Shuttle bus from airport to and from hotel runs from 5am to 12 midnight. Rooms fine size and bed very comfortable. Shower and breakfast was fab.

No USB charging ports in rooms so bring french plug adapter with you. Hotel reception were kind enough to give phone a charging boost 😁

Nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after midnight to the airport and couldn't find a taxi. We called the hotel and the receptionist arranged with the hotel shuttle to come and pick us up even though it wasn't their operating time. So 10' to staff!!

It is a very good hotel with polite staff who need to be trained to become better salespeople.

It was clean, the room vas nice and the bed was very comfortable.

We waited for the shuttle for 1 hour, even though we were told it would arrive in 5 minutes. Due to this, we were to late for any restaurant.
