Ibis Marseille Marignane Technopole

The hotel is brand new, very clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly . There is a gym but I didn’t use it. There is a lovely Asian buffet restaurant next door. I was an hour early and allowed to check in.

There is no shuttle bus to the airport , cost is 30 Euros do prebook the taxi to ensure one is available .

The room was great, when we had it..... When we came there and got our key card it didn't work for our room. Which is okay that can happen. But when they made it work and we tried it again there were people already in the room!.

The French people spoke English really well.!

Spent so much money even with taxes from no where and still was deducted 50 euros after I left for nothing

No fridge, they didn’t charge the sheets after the first day, no trash can

The staff, I mean the man working at reception, was very good and helpful, oh god, unbelievable what he did for us and my kids . Respect ✋️ and this place was amazing, no comments, it's 10 stars ✨️ not just 5

Brank new hotel; Clean; Nice rooms.

The hotel is NOT Ibis airport and even though it is located 3.5 km from the airport, it takes 20+ minutes to reach the airport. The hotel's location on Google Map and on Waze is simply wrong. Even though the stuff is aware of this issue, they did not bother to put any sign for directions. In fact we spent about 30 minute trying to figure how to reach the hotel. I understand that the hotel is brand new, yet with the amount they spent on building it, they could have afford one or two signs, especially at the location provided by Google Maps/Waze. The stuff is unwelcoming. When we told them we had hard time to find them they replied that this is a known issue. They did not spend any effort in preventing this issue (one example: email). They did not spend any effort on mitigating our frustration (drink? fruits? something?). Also no water bottles / fruits / tea or coffee in the room.

The a/c did not work properly making the room very warm. The hotel is nowhere near the airport, in fact it is located in the middle of an industrial estate. The hotel is impossible to find. The location on Google maps is incorrect.

The staff was absolutely awesome. I needed some extra coordination to be able to get there as well as do some sightseeing on a Sunday and they really came through, retrieving my bags at a train stop and then getting me to the aeroport super early the next day! Plus, they had breakfast available at 4am! The comfort and great staff definitely exceeded my expectations for a bit of an economy hotel, compared to the others (and their pricing) nearby.

I'm not sure what kind of bug was in the bed, but there was something that bit me, unfortunately.

L'emplacement , l'accueil, le calme

J’ai aimé le couchage lit très confortable, sauf qu’il était sale, sous le drap, il y avait une housse de matelas très sale rempli de cheveux et de poils

Le personnel, la propreté et le fait que cet IBIS était fraîchement ouvert.

Le chien d'un voisin qui a jappé dépassé minuit et qui a recommencé vers 5 h le lendemain matin. Le site est isolé et entouré de on ne sait pas trop. Pas sécurisant.. Le matelas du lit qui glisse hors du sommier. Le non accès au Chaîne payante par WI_FI même si offert

Hôtel agréable, l'ambiance générale y est plutôt sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. le personnel est serviable.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour la salle de sport notamment. Malheureusement deux des appareils ne fonctionnait pas. C'est regrettable sachant qu'il n'y a que 5 appareils de cardiotraining. Il n'y a pas non plus d'information sur les modalités d'utilisation, des appareils. D'autre part, je n'ai pas eu d'information du personnel à l'accueil au sujet de la connexion au wifi (code, mot de passe) et il n'y avait pas d'information dans la chambre. une petite fiche d'information serait un plus. C'est normalement le cas dans les hôtels de ce type. Enfin, il n'y avait pas de mini bar dans la chambre, pas de café ou thé à disposition, pas de gobelets dans la salle de bain.

Propre et bien décoré, l’hôtel a l’air très neuf. Personnel agréable et arrangeant.

Le personnel du soir qui ne répond pas aux appels (5x) quand on est bloqué par la grille d'accès fermée ! Avec comme excuse qu'il était en cuisine et que le système d'appel à la grille est en panne, hors il n'y avait pas de système d'appel à la grille à part une caméra. Je ne suis pas du coin et comme je désespérais de rester dans ma voiture pour la nuit, j'ai essayé de trouver un accès pour le personnel, et j'ai trouvé une autre entrée via le centre commercial ! Le personnel de jour ne m'avait pas prévenu que les grilles seraient fermées à minuit et comme je suis arrivée à minuit et 10 minutes je me suis retrouvée bloquée.

La proximité

Ne mentez pas dans vos annonces ! Ce n’était pas un lit double mais deux lits simples collés. Résultat : nous avons très mal dormi, et pour le prix payé, c’est vraiment à fuir. Mon conjoint s’est même réveillé avec un torticolis. De plus, un troisième lit, non demandé, se trouvait dans la chambre, ce qui a complètement gâché l’aspect romantique du séjour. De plus j’avais fait une demande qui a été accepté par l’établissement qui n’a évidemment pas été respecté.
