OK to stay overnight

Comfy bed and proximity to airport. Shuttle back to airport in the morning. Satff were helpful.

The shuttle stiopped running at 8.30 so we had to get a taxi from the airport. We were initailly overcharged but teh staff agreed to honour Booking.com's original charge. The breakfast was very poor and had we had to pay teh reuired sum, very very expensive.

The rooms are modern, clean but small.

First morning there was no water to flush the toilet or clean your teeth or shower. Breakfast was poor at best and the coffee machine wasn't working because of the water. More like a motel than a hotel. Expensive for food and drink.

It was too far from the airport and there was no early shuttle service. Also, despite being told that the restaurant would be open, it was not. The shower was very nice but other than that the room was just OK. I will not be staying here again.

Only good thing was the breakfast. The rest was awful!

We waited more than 2 hours at the airport for their shuttle service. We called them many times, staff was keep telling us that it would arrive in 10 mins but it was misleading. We waited with my 4 years old outside when it was very hot! If they were honest, we could at least wait inside the airport! When we arrived at the hotel, staff members were still very rude and not speaking English at all! First time I am writing a negative comment on booking.com because I was really stressed because of this hotel! We couldn’t enjoy our first Day in France because we were already exhausted and starving! It is the worst service I have ever seen! I don’t recommend!

I booked this hotel because it had a free airport shuttle from the terminal. on arriving at the terminal and communicating with the hotel via the hotel shuttle bus direct line, I spent one hour trying to get the shuttle, only to be told by the hotel that I have to take a taxi!

L'accueil très professionnel et chaleureux du personnel, le soir de l'arrivée, au petit déjeuner et au check out. Le service de navette pour les gares et l'aéroport. La formule petit déjeuner express qui permet de ne pas partir le ventre vide pour prendre un train ou un avion tôt le matin. Bien pensé

Chambres spacieuses et propres. Restaurant sur place. Très bon petit déjeuner. J'ai surtout apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, qui se plie en 4 pour que le séjour se passe au mieux.
